I just love everything about DressHead. Too bad that I have to go to Antwerp for the nearest store, but buying online is also not that big of an issue. Site is well organized, I definitely recommend DressHead to anyone who just love being well dressed!

I have ordered from this website for years. I have really no complaints about the quality since I understand that we always get what we pay for. I always receive my items within 8-12 days (usually 9)

I ordered 2 dress from them but when the package arrived it was open from the back and one of my dress get cut. I immediately email them with pictures but wow they never reply me. I guess they are waiting for to finished the returning period. I always shop from online and never had any problems. One star also too much for this. I spend money but can't wear it and they never contact with me when complain. Even size was also small. Very disappointed with them. Will never buy and would suggest people to think twice before shopping.

I have written several reviews within the last couple of months based on my experience with this company. They are still sending out items that are not what you order. I am still finding more victims from purchasing online with this company. I have been fighting against all of these misleading sites and I finally got refunded after dealing with this ordeal since April of this year. Please write your complaints to the FTC and the BBB because this site will continue taking money from customers. I am always reading reviews to see where these companies sit in ratings. Please read reviews before ordering from odd companies online. I know that if the prices are too cheap for clorhing than it's too good to be true. I am strongly advising everyone to do the research before spending your money. It can be a nightmare trying to get a refund from these companies.

I have ordered twice from Dresshead, and all my orders came on time and nothing was wrong in them. I'm REALLY happy and satisfied with their customer and tracking services.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT SITE. The quality of their products is what you pay for and the items will not be what they advertised in their pictures.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY ORDERED: I have contacted Paypal to see how I can get a refundl and you have to take the following steps.
1) Contact Dresshead via email requesting a refund if they do not advise Paypal to issue a refund...
2) Open a dispute in Paypal's Resolution Center

I buy mostly all my clothes and accessories here. I love that I can be fashionable and yet not lose all the $ in my pocket. Yes, the clothes don't last long, but totally understandable; you pay for cheap but trendy clothes, you wear them for one season and that's it. If I want something classic that will last for years, then I'd also be willing to shell out the big bucks for it.

I can't really understand the majority of the negative reviews about this company. The shipping is understandable as you are ordering from a company overseas, EVERYTHING you order from there takes forever to get to you. So you just have to wait for it. Anyway I've been ordering a lot of dresses and tops from there recently and have been very pleased with them so far. My clothes came in the correct sizes, the right colors, and were made of quality material. So I just can't understand the bad reviews. I really like their clothes so I am definitely going to keep ordering from there. My advice is to be patient with the shipping. If you do that you will most likely have an enjoyable experience.

Ok. I'm a plus sized woman I thought i would do good by ordering a size up just in case the dress i purchased ran small.so I ordered a plus size 4XL when I received this dress it looked as if it may size a misses medium or large. Plus the material was very poor in quality and the stiching of the dress was sewn poorly as well. I'm so disappointed its hard finding nice clothing for plus sized women thought i found an affordable site i could shop on. Never again

I purchased 2 things from this site. It took almost a month to get it. When I received my items they looked nothing like the picture. The items were not true to size and we're much smaller. They are more suitable for asian ladies. I wanted a refund and to my surprise, there is no way to return the items or an address to return them to. I expressed through the email contact they provided that I was dissatisfied and wanted a refund. I got no response and lost my money.

I bought two dresses from dresshead for a wedding. I chose online because I'm a big girl and it's hard to find dresses that are trendy-ish and cheap. But you get what you pay for. I paid $30 for two dresses I can't wear. One was a 4X and the other was 6X just to make sure one of them fit. Neither did! My friend who is a size large could not even wear them! And I can't get a refund because I can't afford to send them to Hong Kong! AND do NOT trust the reviews on their website. They are very few and all positive, I'm pretty sure they take down the negative ones. DO NOT waste your time and money on this scam site!
