Dress came pretty quick- only positive point.
The quality is very far from what you can see on the picture! I ordered a pretty Tulle dress for attending a wedding and I received something who looks like a Witch costume for Halloween. The size is so wrong too. Messaged the customer service to let them know of my disapointement and they replied "sorry to hear that, kind regards". Very poor method to keep a customer happy. Do not recommend this website at all! It's not cheap for nothing :/

Dresshead is a very legit website,
After placed order, I received the confirmation email to make sure my shipping address is right.
It states the delivery time too, which saves me much time.
I will keep ordering from here.

I find Dresshead a fun place to shop. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful. I love the store! The dress and pants i bought are very goood!

I, too, saw the negative reviews and was unsure about ordering from this site. However, I took a chance and am glad I did. I ordered two cute shirt dresses, one skirt, a white maxi dress (kind of sheer, perfect for the beach or 90 degree day) and lastly, a cold shoulder sweater.

The prices are great, shipping prices are a bit steep. Quality is not bad, a lot of polyester and/or cotton and poly blends. Washing and fabric composition isn't included on many of the items. I'll wash many items in cold, on gentle cycle with mild detergent. For the prices, let's be real it is NOT Ann Taylor quality, but I don't expect it to be.

Sizing... have a tape measurer and a seamstress on deck. Oh, and go up two sizes or more from your regular size. If you're a U.S. medium order the XL. If you're hippy and have a bit of "junk in your trunk" go up one more and have your seamstress or tailor work their magic.

I shop all the sites and compare prices, look at fabric composition and read the reviews. Unless it says silk, linen, pure cotton or wool, I figure it is going to be a blended material with polyester being high on the list. Yes, sometimes it looks better on the website to than IRL. Sometimes, you are pleasantly surprised. For the prices, I'll take the chance.

Shipping wasn't bad. I was able to track the package. I paid via PayPal and would definitely go that route again. Shipping prices, like I said earlier are a bit steep. It would be nice if they can come down on them. All in all, I'll order from dress head again.

Dresshead has been one of my favorite places to shop since my preteens.
They always have cute and trendy dress, and you will get what you pay for.

I purchased two blazers from this company. The sizes are not even close to what you order and they do not send the color you order. If you try to return them, you must ship them back to Hong Kong at your expense and if you do not wish to return them they will give you a discount on your next purchase. I will take the loss but never order from them again and advise my friends to do the same. The sizes are about three sizes different from what they advertise. I usually take an extra small and ordered a large. They came no where near fitting me. Be careful when you order clothing from them.

Dressheard support email me the confirmation email after I completed the payment, it reminds me to make sure my order information and shipping address.
Its wonderfully after I place 3 orders. Customer service emailed me the details order information with the tracking number for each of them.
Excellent and convenient for me to track my orders and I received all of my orders in time.

I bought 5 peices of clothing for cheap price in February 2017. Size is not what they say they are and not the actual item shown. I tried many different occassions to ask for an address to return all items before the 30 days. No actual address for return. Sent many emails requesting my money back. The only way of contact is via email. After my 4th email never got a response back. Still have items in package. Called my bank, they are still investigating. Trying to get my money back. Worse customer support with DRESSHEAD... F rating. Never ever buy from this site.

The clothes I have bought from Dresshead in general it's pretty good, I live in UK and it arrives in 5 days and the parcel service is great.The only real downside is the fact sometimes the product looks better on the website than when you actually receive it. You can't really tell what the material is like from the online pictures, sometimes it's quite thin, or the top is quite short when it's supposed to be an oversized top..

Dresshead website has so many options and nice style! I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had any problems with them. This is a great place to order online!

Wide range and cheap prices. You can tell that it isn't the best quality, but I guess you can't expect that from such prices.

The sizes are pretty small, which is a bit odd since it says in the description of some of the clothes that they are slightly bigger than usual. I'd say ignore that.

Delivery was fast and overall it was an OK experience.
