I ordered two dresses from this site! When they arrived, I was VERY disspointed. The dresses were very heavy and bulky and were extremely undesirable. No way could I wear either of them. Tried to return them and they refused to give me a return address. I told them I would send the dresses back to the address on the package that I recieved the dresses in. They said that if I sen the dresses to that address they would be detroyed and they would never recieve them. I will NEVER order from them again! Wish I knew of a site where i could report them! I have lost a lot of weight and I do not like my arms. So When I found this dress that had sleeves I was so excited bc I will be attending a military ball and only had 3 weeks to find something. The dress came when they said it would. I opened it right away, right then I was already disappointed. The sleeves on my dress were huge, it looked like a tshirt sleeve. Not only that but it was nothing like the picture, the sequins were awful and cheap looking. My mother thought it was a completely different dress all together, that's sad. But I still thought maybe I could pull it off. I tried it on, when I ordered this I was scared so I ordered a size bigger then what I am... Well guess what the dress would not zip up, it needed at least 3 more inches. That made me feel great... NOT. I cried for hours bc I didn't think I would have time to get a dress in a week. Well thank goodness I found something else, way better in the first place and guess what it was a size smaller then the one I ordered up here. I will never buy online from this site again. When I told them what had happened all they said was it was 90% the same. Umm I'm sorry but if I wanted it to look different then I would if ordered a different dress. If I ordered a size smaller/bigger then what the model has in it should still look the same. They did offer me a shaw on my next purchase, seeing how I won't be buying from them again a refund would of been appreciated but noo I doubt that will happen. Don't order from here, they just want your money and your dress is going to look cheaply made. Mine looked like it had tinfoil for sleeves and the sizes are way off. I will be attending the ball this week in my new dress that I had to buy bc of this train wreck. I have leard my lesson about buying online!

What an experience. Do not spend your hard earned money on this site. I placed an order and I was dubios. I read the returns policy with a fine tooth comb just in case. I ordered, and I seriously got 10 or more canals and email messages asking me if I want to buy more. I kept saying no, just want this dress. Eventually the dress arrive. The dress took 6 wks. The beading on the dress was so poor, they were falling of and the bust line was around my neck and it was just all crooked. I wrote to them and they kept putting up excuses and offer me a discount. Do not buy from Dressale it is not worth our hard earned dollars.

In just one word TERRIBLE stay away from this website nothing is true. I have ordered wedding dress and evening dress they came on time as promised but they look nothing like the picture it was shone in their website. The quality was horrible the color, fabric what ever you name it was horrible nothing was smiler to the picture. Try to contact these people for refund sorry to say but they don't understand what you talking about I told them them the dress doesn't look like the picture and I want to return it instead they offering me a discount for next order I would be so fool to order again from these people. Please DO NOT spend your money on these dresses and this website their return policy is not the same as what they say on the website everything about them is lie stay a way. I spent over 500.00 on these dresses and still fighting to get my money back. Please don't order this is a warning don't pay attention to the good review I believe they are lying. I wish I could post a picture from my dress so every one could see it.

Well, i think ordering goods online would be risky and it all depends on your luck. Sometimes you will have good shopping experience and sometimes you will not. It is normal. And this time i have good shopping experience shopping on dressale. I just got my evening dress and i am quite satisfied a lot. I was worried a lot when i saw some bad reviews here before. But now i just want to tell you that don't take others' reviews seriously. Sometime you have to believe your eyes and have a try and you will get something surprise

I have ordered a few things from this site. Many people complain about service time and quality, but I assume they are not sure about the policy behind dressale.com.
Every product I ordered took about 15-20 days to arrive on normal shipment methods. One product, a costume actually, I paid extra for fast delivery and indeed it did arrive within two days of shipping date. Although shipping dates can vary among products or be delayed, once you know your product has been shipped it should follow the regulation of 10-20 days.

This website is the worst thing that ever happened to me. I cancelled the order as soon as they told me how long it will take to deliver the dress, and they didn't process the cancellation. An exchange of emails kept going for over 5 months, with them ALWAYS replying with "You can choose some of our jewelry" or "a discount" or "a free shawl" or "we don't want to lose such a great customer" or "that is such a beautiful dress. Please keep the order"

They kept delaying the process of cancellation until it was "convenient" for them to look into the cancellation, by that time it was "too late" for a refund. (See what I meant by convenient?)

Basically, this is a bull website. Fake. And every single 5 or 4 star review here is a FAKE. Proof? They ONLY reviewed this website, and they NEVER commented on anything else.

AVOID DRESSALE.COM AT ALL COSTS. Don't say you weren't warned!

I ordered my daughters Year 10 formal dress, being very careful with colour and sizing. On the night we ordered, Dressale rang to ask what length did we want the dress. So I measured the length and gave them the measurement. This message wasn't passed on.

The dress arrived quite quickly, however it was the wrong colour and the wrong length. It is a shame because the workmanship is quite good. Just very disappointing with the colour. We ordered "grape" (a soft purple colour) and what we got was "burgundy" (a red wine colour) - two very different colours.

I would not recommend them or use them again. We've had several emails rom different people each with a different reason - the lighting, colouring of the photographs - numerous excuses.

The site is a big disappointment.

I ordered a dress for my wedding reception and it was horrible. The fit was all wrong although I had given my measurements. It was too short, the hem was ruffled not smooth, the handmade flower was a very cheap version of a bought polyester flower, and the breast pads could be seen and were positioned poorly! There was nothing I could do with this dress.

I immediately contacted the Live Help and then to submit a ticket. The responses were absolutely rude and not business-like at all. The rep basically told me to stop whining, they did the best they could, after viewing me in the dress, they said it didn't look bad, and they would give me $15 from a $114 purchase. Oh, and a discount on my next purchase... like there would be a next time!

We ordered hoop slips, and paid for expedited shipment. Immediately after placing the order they sent us an email stating the date they would arrive... one month after we needed them. We immediately sent then an email stating this would not work, and to cancel the order. They sent us an email stating they could cancel the order but would have to have a 15% service fee held back. We emailed them their own policy which states a full refund if offered if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. They said the money "was paid to someone else for their services, they are not getting a penny from us but they had to hold the money back for service fees" We followed with a 'cry bull$#*!" letter (professionally stated), and they sent back another email saying we should order something else. Instead. Perhaps some jewelery or purses. No we need hoop skirts, not jewelry! We went from lies, to stealing to bait and switch... all illegal by the fair trade act. It has been 9 days of emails back and forth without the credit being issues. 9 days of two emails a day attempting to make us accept the order (we no longer need the product as our window of opportunity to utilize them and satisfy OUR customer is over), or to agree to taking less than a full refund. 9 days of wasted time reading and writing emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... they are little more than con artists who will lie to you, take your money, NOT follow their own cancellation policy, refuse to refund your money... and then bait and switch you to some other crap... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FORM THEM EVER! We have send 22 pages of correspondence to our bank to try to retrieve our money since we at least paid via MasterCard. The saga continues. RUN AWAY NO!
