I wanted to purchase some shoes and dresses but didn't know from where I can get the best then my friend told me about dressale.com. I checked this web store and found it so great. They have an amazing collection of products. I purchased some pairs of shoes and dresses from there. I was really very happy to their customer service as they were very helpful to me. I got my things just in a week and in very safe and neat condition. All products that I bought are amazing in quality. I was so happy with this website that I decided to write a review which can help others to choose a great web store.

This dress came earlier than expected. It was a custom fit so I was kind of nervous. I've lost a bunch of weight and my upper arms did not shrink with the rest of me. I got in contact with customer service to convey the size of my arms. They were gracious and responded that it would be to my specifications. I have never been more surprised (pleasantly) than I was when I received this dress. It was very, very well made and fits perfectly. The material under the see-through material was almost double. I can't think of the way to describe it properly but it was beyond well done. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend dressale.com

I ordered a few things at once from this website. I ordered a Mother-of-the-Bride dress for my mother, white satin bridal shoes, a petticoat to go under my wedding dress, and a jewelry set for my sister for the wedding. I was SOOOO satisfied when my order arrived. I took my mother's measurements and sent them in as Custom Measurements, WELL Worth the extra $20! This dress fit her like a glove. It was perfect! I also ordered 1 yard of extra fabric so that I could make her a matching hair piece and the fabric was also perfect. The jewelry set I ordered for my sister was on discount for only $4.99 and it was a necklace, earrings, and a bracelet. Cheap, but Didn't look cheap, it Sparkled on her like she was the sun herself. The petticoat fit me perfectly and I was happy to pay $15 for it rather than rent one from the Bridal Salon for $100 eeeeeep! Then my Bridal Shoes... I had heard so many horror stories about my friends and others buying shoes online and they never fit. Just last year my friend received her bridal shoes the week before her wedding, and had to go to the store asap because they were too small. All I did was follow the sizing chart, measure my feet very carefully 3 times, and place the order for a size 40. BOOM THEY FIT! No fuss, no muss. There are so many negative reviews on this website, and I understand why of course, but no one who has a good experience bothers to write in so of course EVERY website on here looks awful. They're not all awful though, just Buyer Beware.

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses that go to the knee so in the sizing section there is no option to put the size length... when they called to confirm their english was horrible and I tried to explain to them I still needed to get the hollow to knee measurement. They said I could call back later but when I asked how I could reach them they said to submit a ticket which I did through their website only two hours after they called. They responded that there shouldn't be any problem making the "adjustment." but then I week later they were asking me for more money since they had already cut the fabric... several email and phone calls after that they refused to make my dresses unless I sent the money even though they had proof I had sent the measurements like they asked and it was their fault they had cut them to the measurement that the gal on the phone made up. I am still in the middle of this messy process and I have no idea how the dresses will turn out or if I will even get them. I am going to have to pay the extra money. My advice: if you need a dress have someone local make it for you, it would be cheaper!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst experience I have ever had. There was a cut in the middle of a white chiffon panel at about abdomen level. They first suggested I take it to a tailor to have it "fixed." You can't "fix" a CUT in the middle of a sheer panel of fabric. Then they said I could put a broach over it. Um, sure... everyone wear's a broach at their navel. They obviously have no quality control, and absolutely no interest in customer service.

Ordered a specific style and color for a stage play. Two days later I received an email saying the color I chose wasn't available and said they only had white fabric to make the dress - and was this okay. I had ordered green - so obviously, white wasn't okay. I cancelled and they said I couldn't get a refund. When I balked, they said they would refund all but 15%. I filed a dispute w/ Paypal & my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

Stay away from this company. I ordered a dress with a 39.5" bust measurement that was their standard size for a 14. I received a dress with a 37.5" bust that can't even be zipped up. They keep telling me that this isn't a mistake even thou I keep referring them to their web page... They don't honor the return policy and don't acknowledge mistakes... I was told a 2cm mistake was acceptable. When I sent proof showing 5cm mistake I was told 1" is an acceptable mistake. When I sent pictures showing the 2" mistake I was told 2-3inches was acceptable. I wish I had looked up the review on this company that doesn't have an office in the USA.
