DON'T BUY HERE. I tried to see past the negative reviews as well and give them the benefit of the doubt. My dress arrived with stains, and it was not constructed properly. It would have cost me an additional $145 to get the skirt re-designed and get the stains removed. Not only would they not accept a return of the dress, but I still have not received the lousy $5 they promised me to help mitigate the damage. I ended up completely scrapping the dress and buying from another company.
It's really an amazing experience i have at dressale.com. First bought at this site, I ordered a pair of sandals, which is never seen at the local shoe stores. So, I ignored all the negative reviews at sitejabber. Yet, I think i am so lucky, and received my sandals that suits my feet perfect and also matches my maxi dress very well.
The quality can be somewhat cheap but most clothes have decent to high end quality for the price.So beautiful and I would totally order from them again. True and real site.

Do not purchase from this site. I ordered a wedding dress, providing my measurements. The wedding dress arrived in a dirty fed ex package, wrapped in a plastic sandwich bag. The dress also did not at all match the dress as shown on the website or as described. Although I provided them my measurements and explained what height shows I would be wearing, the front of the dress did not touch the floor in my bare feet and the top and "sleeves" were enormous! To add insult to injury, the lace overlay on the top of the dress is much longer than the bottom layer of fabric. The slip is so poorly sewn, there is nothing that can be done. Finally, the vendor added a lace border to the entire dress (although not pictured either) that is of such poor quality, it snags the lace and scratches the skin. Please do not order from this company.

I purchased a dress for my girl's graduation prom and it was beautiful. The price was reasonable considering you only use the dress for one or two occasions. Worth Trying!
dressale.com has good value items and, in my experience, good customer service. It might take a few days to resolve issues; and they do try to keep the customer happy. The products I ordered so far have been well-made and I might buy more in the future.

I bought a dress that is so figure-flattering! I thought it was a top and skirt but the peplum bottom makes a gorgeous silhouette. It's a pale pink just like in the displayed picture.
