Awful! This is s scam. My experience was the same as everyone else, same email swearing that it is a size 2 when the waist measure 28 inches. They want pictures snd a seamstress to measure it. I sent all the above and got the same crap. I've given them notice that I filled a complaint with visa and the attorney general of Ga. I also advised them that they had a short time to credit my account before I contacted Fox news. I then informed them that they could have the trash dress picked up by ups after I had my money. They do not let you know this is coming from China in their ad. What they don't know is that they have a tiger by the tail with this old woman and I will not go away. I will be their worst nightmare. I love to take on crooks like this. Spread the word. This company has to be stopped.

Well so far I haven't got my dress, I don't even know if I will. My shipping email that the company sent me has a completely different name and address on it, as far as I am concerned it is going to V
Virgina, I'm in Canada. I wish I would have gone on the site before I ordered my dress. Dealing with customer service is impossible and now I just get an auto reply. Froze my credit card as I am worried they will take more then the cost of the dress. Really disappointed, and now I wait to see what comes if anything.
If you want nothing but problems feel free to order from this site, but I will never again.

Ordered a dress for my son's wedding and paid extra to have it custom fitted. When the dress arrived, it fit perfectly. However, the quality was terrible. The hem of the lining was sewn with the seam on the inside of the dress and didn't lie flat; one side of the dress was longer than the other; and the small train (a few inches) ended up being several feet. The dress was a very poor mock of the original dress. I contacted the company for a return... due to the quality; and they declined. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered my wedding dress from here and whilst it arrived earlier than expected there were many problems to the whole process and the result was extremely disappointing. Dealing with customer service was extremely difficult. The payment method was convoluted, they wouldn't ship to my address so had to find an alternative, the dress arrived in the wrong colour and looked nothing like the photo. Customer service would not accept the return and refund (despite their own policy) and I now have no wedding dress and no refund! DO NOT use this company!

So last night my daughter sees a dress she likes on this site and she begs me to buy it as on some kind of sale. I purchase and like all 16 year olds changes her mind 20 mins later so we go about cancelling the order in accordance to terms and conditions. So they took my $300 and now won't return the money. I filled out and submitted all paperwork within 30 minutes. They claim to give you 12 hours! Was lied to on the live chat, there is NO active phone number, they promised my money, that should be returned instantly electronically, would be returned in 5 days! I just received an email saying that they will not return for 15-20 days and to email back then if I don't receive my refund by then! Whatever you do do not not not use this website. They need to be shut down immediately, I am in the process of receiving some Chinese Consular advise and will be reporting them to all news and websites, If i can to save other parents this horrible experience. Do not order a thing people, they are liars, sell fake dress off real designers photos they are a truly evil company to prey on such young impressionable young girls. Disgusting!

Ok update I received my refund, thank you Dream prom, but it was a horrible experience all up, with all the emailing. The fact you can not contact anybody on the phone is awlful and feels dodgy, I was told 15- 20 days and it ended up being 6 days, I was not confident at all. They asked me to remove this post but I feel they should maybe listen to potential customers and improve their business practice! I am honestly so relived they came through in the end. I hope this business lifts their practices for the sake of their business. Read reviews first!

Well I ordered a dress for my WEDDING, I was amazed by the styles they have comparing to the prices but it turned out that is a total $#*! ( sorry for the word), I received the dress before the time they gave me 2 weeks but I was shocked with the dress, it looks like nothing with the one I ordered, it fits horrible, the finishing of it was worse it had different details with missing details also and more worse was the packing! And also it had a black spot on it!

I ordered a dress with plenty of time for the big event. The dress turned up totally the wrong size and in a completely different fabric to what I ordered it in. It appears well made but it does not fit and the fabric they made it in makes it look much more ball gown than I was wanting. Communication with them is a nightmare I want a full refund or a new dress at no cost, quite happy to return the dress to them. They keep sending me offers to make me a dress at 30% off what a joke when most of their dresses are 80% off anyway. I thought I was dealing with an American Company I am in NZ, if I had known I would be dealing with people from China (not being racist here) I probably would not have bought this dress due to communication and differences in principles of business.
