I was extremely pleased with my purchase and the service. I was contacted throughout the process and even sent extra material for sleeves i wanted to add on to the dress. The dress was professionally made, looked just like the picture. I will most certainly shop here again.
Americans, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, we ordered a dress for our daughter's prom and they sent a defective dress and wrong color. They admitted the mistake and still won't refund our money. I didn't know until my daughter told me about the issue when I realized that this is a Chinese co... buy from an American company, support our economy and enterprises.
The dress I got was beautiful. Although it was not exactly the dress on the picture, when I got it, it was more gorgeous. The dress I ordered was made of jersey and had a slit up the side with small jewels on the neckline. The dress I got was made of chiffon, had a train, and had large jewels on the neckline. However, besides this it was the same design and exactly the color I ordered. Also, it fit perfectly (I sent them my measurements). I received it, custom-made from China, in a month, which is pretty amazing. I would recommend this website if you want to make sure the dress fits however don't expect it to look exactly like the picture because every dress is custom made and the business is made by copying dresses from designer websites. Personally, I had a fantastic experience with my prom dress. Thank you DreamProm! You made me feel like a princess :)
Im actually pretty satisfied with the dress I ordered. I thank you guys for making my prom dress how I wanted it. The only thing I don't like is the stitching, there's some strings falling out and not sewed on correctly but other than that I like it you guys just need to work on at least cutting the left over string from the stitching.
I really was happy picking out my dress, but I ordered it in January and it as finally come and it is now March. It was irritating, I emailed and live chatted with them and they tried to make me pay more when I had waited for three months. But, after demanding several times it has finally gotten here, which is please!

Do not order from this site. We just received my daughter's prom dress. It could not look any uglier. NOTHING like the photo and it is VERY POOR QUALITY. Plastic snaps, cheap fabric, the color is WAY off, and although we sent in her exact measurements, it does not fit. I can not stress enough how cheaply this dress is made. Do not be fooled by the website. Be sure and read the return policy. Stay far, far away from Dreamprom.com. It is more like a nightmare!

I ordered a dress for my mother. Worst idea I ever got. The dress is stained with oil and the fitting is horrible. Stay away! By the way, does anyone have their return address
WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. Attempted to return, but they will not allow me to. The dress was too tight, and wouldn't zip. There is also an extra sheer panel along the back of the dress (like a train) that serves no purpose. Also the bodice was sequins and not jeweled as stated in description. At this point, I'm just emailing back and forth for the heck of it.
I have to say I was very nervous about buying a prom dress online, but my daughter really wanted this dress! Well, it came yesterday, and she is thrilled with it! It is exactly what the website showed and it is beautiful. We have to have a few alterations done, but we were expecting that. So happy it worked out. Thanks!
I was a bit worried about the dresses getting here on time but they got here in 3 days. I am bowled over by how beautiful they are I can't wait to try mine on! The only thing I would suggest is yhat you tell customers in the UK that British import duties may incur on top of the price I had to pay £ 30 for a 5 kilo parcel. I an so pleased though abd woukd recommend you to anyone for a million dollar dress that won't break the bank thanks so much xxx
I ordered a royal blue dress and bolero jacket for my sons wedding. When it arrived it is purple. The jacket is very poor quality I cant even get it on. All the seams are thick around the arms and looks like a child has made it. I have contacted dreamprom and sent photos to show them the colour but I am wasting my time they are not interested. Definitely do not buy from this site you are wasting your money.
I order my daughter prom dress on Feb. 10 just was delivered today March 5. I was soo happy with the dress she is going to look so pretty Dream prom did a good job was a little scary about all the bad reviews I also had seen good ones too so I took a chance. I received my daughters prom dress today and it was too short one side. It is sooo obvious. They say they inspect dresses 4 times, such a lie! This never would have been missed. I tried to talk to live chat only to be told that I would have to email them. Stay away!
Dress came as expected, looks good, the only thing I did not like was that it was stuffed in a small package, so my dress was wrinkled. But other than that I'm happy i got my dress. Yay!
Fiance is in love with the dress although i can't see it just yet. She was supper excited. Only concern is for US customers paying online, Once I did, my bank blocked my card and i had to call them to authorize the transaction. Not a big deal. Perhaps having a paypal button would help.
