Dress showed up early and it is beautiful and just like the picture! I had them make the back a lace up and they did it beautifully! It's very pretty and the only complaint I do have is it smells like FISH really really bad so I took it to the dry cleaner fast! Other the. THAt they were super great to work with and great with responses and I would order from them again forsure! Thanks! I'm also not a peson the y paid to make a positive comment I'm a real customer who is very happy! Thank you for Makin my daughters prom dress a dream come true!

Let me begin with the packaging... it was not safe at all, it was in a bag that could have been easily torn. The dress fit perfectly but looks NOTHING like the sample. Instead of saying in the description box that the dress delivered may be 5% different, they should say that dress may be 40% different. It's like they only got the color correct. Before you buy your dress beware that it is un returnable unless it is damaged. The only thing that i was pleased with was the fast shipping. If will definitely have to take my dress to get a dramatic fix to the way i liked it on the picture because it's that bad of a difference. If don't recommend them at all.

I have had a terrible experience while using this website. Once I received my dress it was in terrible quality and too large. The dress didn't even match up with the original picture and the zipper wouldn't work. I have been emailing them for 2 weeks now telling them how I want to return the dress and they always go around the problem saying how beautiful it looks and I should get it tailored. I even sent pictures like they requested but still no reply. No customer should ever have to go through this process and should get their money back especially when it wasn't the customers fault in the first place. I would like a reimbursement like all customers should be allowed to do but in this case its a very impossible thing to do. Save yourself money, time, stress, and regret. Don't ever think about going to this website because once it's bad there's no going back.

This was my first order of a prom dress for my daughter... I was impressed with the website, variety of color choices, and the ability to customize a fit. When I read some of the bad reviews, frankly I became very worried.

I'm a picky customer---and the results were fantastic! Her dress came two weeks earlier than expected. The quality of the fabric, sewing and design could not be beat. And the price was great. I have no complaints and will order again. I only wish I could extend my compliments to the seamstress who did the wonderful work.

Well this has overall been the worst experience dealing with anyone ever. First of all, let me just say, STAY AWAY. Don't let those prices fool you, because you are getting what you pay for. I ordered my prom dress from them and it looked like absolute *sh! T when it came in. I ordered a beaded bodice and chiffon a-line dress and it came in looking like a four year olds craft project. The bodice is cheap sequins-so they falsely advertised- and are scamming me as we speak. Back and forth back and forth emails about the fact that since theirs no holes or anything they won't return it. I continue to drill on them that this is not what I ordered and they offered me 5$. That's ten times more offending than anything. A 5$ refund for a 200$ dress. And they hardly speak English. Which I've learned much too late. This is my only prom money and I'm sad to say thanks to this company I won't be able to have one.

I received my wedding dress and there were sections that were not even sewn on, "embellishments" falling off, holes in the fabric and the cut of the dress was so horrible I would have been better getting a dress from my local thrift shop. I was appalled at the condition and packaging of the dress and the customer service is even worse. They've tried to blame everything I'm pointed out (in nearly 20 photos) on shipping and asked me to ignore the flaws. The email I received from them today said that I was being a perfectionist and that if I just ignored the flaws my dress would be perfect. I am by no means being a perfectionist, I simply want the dress I ordered in decent condition. I paid money for a product and received something completely unacceptable. I would never order from them again and would advise any one else considering them to purchase your dress elsewhere.
