The dress I ordered was well made with beautiful beading. Extra beads were sent for emergency fixes. The dress looked the same as the website picture. I was also please to see how quickly the dress was delivered. It took no more than 2 weeks to receive the dress. I live on the East coast of the United States.

It was very easy to order the most beautiful dress and get it to our house on time. For my daughters homecoming dance even though we ordered it late. I was also able to email real people not just an automated response. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
Ok, So I was searching the internet for my daughters formal - found a dress - she loved it, I loved it (winning) placed the order -THEN decided to google search reviews (idiot I know) the reviews I read made me feel physically ill. I contacted them within 6 hours of placing the order (well within their 12 hour 100% refund policy) of course they didn't get back to me until after 12 hours and claimed they could give me a 100% refund because I didn't notify them within 12 hours but 24 hours - they offered me 80%. After much to-ing and fro-ing where I quoted their cancellation policy and much convincing (on their behalf) for me to continue with the purchase (I wouldn't be disappointed apparently) They even went as far as to send me a picture of the dress they had made for someone else and said - "as you can see the girl is not very pretty but in this dress she is a queen" WTF?!
Anyway - they finally agreed to a full refund and I had received it within 4 days. Too much effort and the bad reviews continue.

The dress is simply exquisite. It is exactly as pictured. The sash to tie in the back makes it so easy to fit anyone between size 2 and 6. It is such a great deal for the low price.

These products are shipped from China and you get charged fees because the products are from China. Dream prom doesn't tell you about these charges at all! So when the website says free shipping that is false information! I would never shop here again the quality of the dress I order was very poor due to the red dye stains on the straps of my wedding dress. Never shop at dream prom I won't be.
I ordered a paor of gloves nd an elbow vail which is absolutely same wat I wanted. I am really pleased with the customer service desk and I got the stuffs much earlier than I expected even though I payed an extra free for the fast delivery.
Sure wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I ordered a dress and what arrived was NOTHING like the picture. It is a complete embarrrassment of a dress. When I contacted them to return it, they continue to say it is of the highest quality. They refuse to allow me to return the dress. I've involved my credit card company but their return policy basically gives you no options. Don't waste your money ever. Horrible site, horrible product, horrible customer service, slippery, slimy and you will get no resolution from them. They've offered me 10%, told me to try to sell the dress at a dress shop in the U.S. What a nightmare. I think most people just give up and consider this a financial loss and a hard lesson learned.
