The dresses are beautifully made for a great price. They arrived promptly and Cathy was really helpful the whole way through with any enquiries I had. The one thing I would say is that they do come up petite so either use the custom fit or order a size bigger than you would usually wear
Lovely! Shipped so quickly, too. I'm afraid some of the sequins are already falling off and I haven't worn it yet, but as this will be my wedding dress, I probably won't have to worry about that. The shoulder straps don't fit quite right and will need minimal altering, but again, not a big deal considering this will be my wedding dress and I am so thrilled with the non-traditional glory that it is! It is generally beautiful and flattering, and my fiance loves it too. Yay!
I ordered my dress customized to my measurements. When I received the dress it was delivered in a bag. Not a great start. When I opened the outer bag, the inner clear bag had a few of the rhinestones from my waist embellishment sitting at the bottom of the bag. They had already come off in transit. When I tried the dress on the material was great quality, waist and hips fit perfect. However the bust, and arms were over 3 inches too big! Also the wire in the bust area was so mishappen that it made it look pointy and uneven. Quality Services only offered me 30% refund of my full payment. They didn't even offer to take the dress back and fix it or an exchange. Not happy at all.
Once I folded my swatch several times, I got the truest color I was looking for which was Coral. Coral can always be a tricky color at times. Too orange or too pink. It's really a good balance between the two to get the best coral color. You are going to also put more of a coral color lining under the dresses so it's going to be perfect for my wedding! I can't wait to get the measurements into you for you to start making them!
This website has great pictures of their dresses online, but in person the dresses look nothing like the pictures, which are clearly photoshopped or are of dresses made with much nicer material than the actual material they send you. In some cases, there are extra details on the dresses that are not visible in the pictures, and they do not know the difference between white and ivory! The 24 hour customer service is a sham, and their return policy is confusing, so good luck getting your money back if you don't like your dress! Please stay away from this site, and save yourself the disappointment of opening your delivery and the heartbreak of them telling you they will not give you your money back. Either that or you will lose a bunch of money trying to ship it back to Singapore!
The dress that I received are amazing! They look better than they do in the picture! We were able to customize the dress to our needs and wants and we received the dresses very quickly. She is very good about getting back to you through email and makes sure things sound right before she starts to make a dress. I would definitely recommend going through her if you are looking for very cute one of a kind dress for any occasion! She was able to make my prom dress that I had seen on Pinterest exactly the way I wanted them :)
Dresses are beautiful! I got the rose gold top and a dusty rose chiffon for the bottom. Sent in my bridesmaids measurements for the custom option. They will need to have some alterations but minor. The different styles look really cool together. This is a great option if you want your bridesmaids to look a little different to what's generally out there.

The blush color was beautiful and the material was way nicer than I expected. I just wish the boning in the chest area wasn't so prominent. This was minor to me and my bridesmaids, so I ended up ordering 7 more for the rest of my bridesmaids. Great dress for the price!

My dress is beautiful and fits perfectly! I absolutely love it! It was a little nerve wracking buying a dress online but everything turned out perfectly. Ammy is quickly responsive to conversations and very patient regarding every little detail. I highly recommend the shop in Love and will most definitely be a repeat customer in the future!
I can't say enough about the service. Andy was very responsive and answered all of my many questions timely and professionally. I had even ordered during their holiday week, and even though they were closed Cindy made the effort to make sure my dress would ship in the time that she quoted. I had a VERY specific design in mind and couldn't find it anywhere. I just loved the dresses in the shop. They were so close! After a few messages back and forth and pics sent they make a custom size for me. The size fits like a glove. I was a little unsure about the bust as I wear a DDD. But it's pretty sturdy! Thank you!

I fell in love with it the moment that I put it on. I didn't watch the tutorials from the site that was given to me when I received the dress; instead, I played around with different necklines and looked up inspirations online. The material is very soft and comfortable; I actually wore the dress around the house because it was that comfortable! With heels, it's the perfect length but it looks good even without heels. It's well made but I still wore a strapless bra under it. I'm definitely repurchasing from this store in the future!
This dress is beautiful. The lining under the lace is slightly more yellow than I expected, but it still is beautiful. I had to get the shoulders taken up as there was some sagging in the lace along the back, but this was a simple modification my tailor made quickly, and for relatively cheap.
