After multiple phone calls to customer service and 3 hours, order cancelled. They could care less. No compensation offered.
My name is Julio Wright and I need file a complaint toward doordash driver named () for committing larceny 6th in further stating that my order was delivered when it was never received.
My door dash account e-mail is *******@mailfence.com and my telephone number associated with my account is: 860-4##-4#$#.
This on regards Order Number: *******389 which was placed for McDonald's (*******-CROMWELL II), on 2/27/2021 around 8:41 pm. (see attachment
The order consisted of 1 20 McNuggets & 2 Medium Fries $6.01 1 CokeĀ® $2.59 3 Hamburger $3.57 Subtotal $12.17 Tax $1.07 Delivery $0.99 Service fee $1.46 Dasher tip $0.00 which resulted in the total amount of $15.69. (see attachment)
While the order was on the way to be delivered. I was assigned to had () as my delivery driver. The driver I noticed was going in the wrong direction off the Door dash GPS tracker so I had decided to had left several text messages to this driver so that they would be able to locate me. The driver was hostile in their responses and stated that they know how to get here but still was proceeding in wrong direction off the GPS tracker.
I later then decided to had called the driver upon whom had acted hostile and stated to me that they were on their way to my residence and then decided to had hang up the phone on me.
As of 2/27/2021 I had never received my order. I believe the driver was motivated to had stolen my food and marked it as delivered as a result of them being unable to locate my residence.
I need an angency's help ensure that I receive a refund from Doordash on this order since I had never received my order.

2/20/2021 I ordered pizza from Mod pizza at 645pm. I don't know how long it takes to make the food but this place has everything already cooked ahead of time as you order the pizza they are building it for you I believe it takes 2 min and another 5 minutes to let pizza cook in the oven pizza is small so there for it only must take 10 min tops to have the meal ready. At 717 pm door dash delivery driver picks up the food. On there map it shows the driver stoped at another location and they spend 20 minutes at the location and now my food has been sitting for 52 minutes in this guys car! I start to think the worst about the driver doing something to my food! Driver arrived at my house at 7 57 pm now it's been 1 hr and 7 min my food had been sitting in the car. I take food and it's cold and sticker that keeps food close looks like it's been tampered with. I don't eat the food. I speak with a representative from door dash I explain the situation and I decided to redeliver the food just to give them another chance. After explaining the situation and my concern about the driver doing something to my food door dash representative redeliver my food through the same driver I don't feel comfortable with him delivering. I contacted door dash to cancel my order and some lady who is rude says I can't get my money refunded because I chose to have a new food delivery. I'm mad because they send the same driver whom I wast comfortable with to begin with. Representative on the phone would not let me talk to a supervisor about this situation door dash isn't a good company and I don't recommend them. I hope people don't use it and it's better to cook at home or drive yourself to the restaurant. I am a local business owner who cares about the people this corporate company is like every other corporate company
Food order was completely wrong. Paid 24.00 for nothing. When I asked for a refund, They only applied $7.00. Don't bother.
Order $100 in food from Applebees waited two hours for the food, when it came it was one sandwich from Panera worth $10. Called doordash costumer service they told me that I would have to call the restaurant since I want thourgh there app. But told them that it wasn't the restaurant fault it was the drivers fault, he didn't even bring me the food from the right restaurant they pretty much told me that didn't matter that I would have to call them, so I called them then they told me I had to call doordash, called doordash back and argued with them for an hour for them to refund the money, two weeks later finally got my money back worst service ever... Never again, and will never order thourgh any restaurant that use them for there main delivery on there web page.
I am a faithful customer of doordash. Me and a family member made an order today, 11 am same time, different accounts, same location. Her order came right away. Mine NEVER CAME, so I cancelled it. Tried again at 8pm tonight, once again, never assigned a dasher. Contacted support by phone and the rep kept cutting me off, putting me on hold mid sentence, so I decided to contact them through chat message while still on the phone with rep. Chat rep found me a dasher, but phone rep cancelled my order while dasher was on the way because the call disconnected after I told her a dasher was found and she continued to tell me that was not true. Supervisor for door dash called, and continued to cut me off while explaining the situation NEVER recieved my order AGAIN and gave me door dash credits instead of a refund to my account. DO NOT TRUST DOORDASH!
I have spent over $1000 with DoorDash over the past several months. Tonight I called about an incorrect order. I have never been so disrespected by a customer service representative and their manager! I canceled my account tonight. Please join me in canceling your account too!
Had many problems that DoorDash "could not do anything about". Like having someone use my account in Toronto and ordering $50 of food off my card that I never got refunded. Or the fact that they purposely sell faulty gift cards so when people scratch them their pin comes off the card and you can't use it. I lost $120 to one gift card because their customer support does nothing. Had my account randomly deactivate one day without my knowledge too.
I placed an order on 1/30/21 on Wing Stop website for delivery. The service they use is Door Dash. That experience was horrible! I tried calling the dasher to make sure they could get into my complex. I called and she said she didn't speak English and she couldn't understand me and hung up. I waited another 15 minutes, no food. Someone from Door Dash called me. She stated that the dasher could find my building. I advised her that I called the dasher and she does not speak English. The caller told me yeah but she can't find my address. She hung up. All and all the door Dash customer service person called me twice. I walked outside and this lady was getting out of her car and gave me the bag with my food in it. She didn't know I was the customer she just gave it to me and said no building number and got back in her car. I have been calling Door Dash ever since and they are not trying to help. If you can please do not use this service.
I have ordered 3 days in a row now. First day took much longer than expected. You leave delivery notes for driver but drivers have told me they aren't provided with the notes. Now 2 days in a row it keeps pushing back delivery times. After around a hour it finally canceled the order. I will never use this service again.
It is virtually impossible to reach anyone either by phone or by chat. I made an order with doordash and they sent my order to the wrong address. The driver barely could speak English and he just kept saying they sent me to Wendy's. I tried to explain to all he had the wrong address but he just hung up on me and that's the last I've heard of him and the cheesesteaks ordered. I will never use doordash again
I placed an order and received a text message stating that it was delivered. I sat by the window waiting and never saw a car pass by so I check both doors and there's nothing. I texted the dasher back stating that I didn't receive my order. The driver said that they delivered it. The picture attached shows the delivery picture! The dasher stops texting me so I contact support and they offered zero compensation whatsoever. So they basically took my money and gave me nothing in return! Horrible company and I'm constantly having issues but this is the last straw. I'll NEVER do business with this fraudulent company ever again.
Worst delivery company ever. I have used them twice now and twice the delivery driver has gone past the turn off street to my house and taken the long way around and of course the food was cold when it arrived. He took over 20 mins to get to my house which is only 8 mins from the shop. Don't they know how to use a gps? Asked for a refund and they only gave me a partial one. The robotic man kept repeating over and over. Our system wont allow us to process the delivery fee. Funny how they can take all of the money but dont want to give it back. Bunchj of thieves. These drivers need to be sacked. Absolutely useless. Never again!
Took my order and money. No delivery. Delivery guy called me said I had to cancel order, 50 minutes later. He could not get my food. Felt with customer service 3 times and still no refund! This was 7 days ago!
I have canceled my account with DoorDash. THEY ARE A WOTHLESS COMPANY. For the past 5 deliveries I have provided specific instruction on "NOT GOING TO THE FRONT DOOR, DO NOT RING THE FOOR BELL, LEAVEIT IN FRONTOF THE GARAGE, I HAVE DGOS THEY WILL BARK" Not a single one listened, when I called DoorDash and spoke with Ingrid and EMs (both customer services specialist) they both told me basically "Tuff $#*!" they did not have a manger to speak with (both provided different excuses) as to why a manager was not available). And both were very rude in the process. I asked for their employee ID (since they obviously lie about the name) and they both said they were not allowed to tell me. HOORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND $#*!TY PEOPLE WORKIGN FOR DOORDASH. DO NOT USE! POSTMATES, GRUBHUB, FROGGER anything is better then this joke of a service
I placed an order for Dunkin Donuts total was 24.00 with tip and taxes/fees I AUTHORIZED for this amount only. I received an alert saying they took 29.00 off my card but wait this is just the beginning I received my order only to find not only the donuts purchased for my kids were not there but also one of my coffees I purchased and was over charged for was not there. I then noticed my drink had been SPIT in. It was floating at the top. During NO TIME IS THIS OKAY Especially during Covid time. I took pics and threw it down the drain I then called to explain what happened abd was told they would speak with the driver but there was nothing they could do for me because yesterday using the same service I received a 50.00 for a pizza order never received due to driver canceling at pick up because food was not packaged and ready to go for him. Im completely disgusted with this company and how they treat their customers I will never use this company and suggest everyone not to that sees this. I will attact photos on everything I love I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH BY NOT USING THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. They take more than authorized this isnt the first for that also the DRIVERS ARE STEALING AND TAPPING WITH FOOD. How disgusting. Remind you no whip added this is disgusting.
If you like having your order cancelles or delivered late and cold then you could use Doredash. I'm done with these guys. They cancel orders, hold your money for 3-5 days. When they do complete orders, they deliver late and your food is cold. I'm using UberEats from now on.
Never risk your time and money with doordash, I ordered Walmart grocery and some urgent purchases, driver came to my address but wrong door. And after I gave him the address, he left without delivering my purchases, and when I called him, he said stop contacting me, I was shocked and called doordash and they left me on hold for an hour and then they said that Walmart will refund you.
They dont give you all of the credits in the money you spent, they will 9nly give you a part of your cash back. The drivers do not know how to read. The app will not place the order at the closet restaurant in your area and will have it being picked up in ohio instead of in ky if you live in ky you could be sitting outside of the restaurant and order and it would still send it to miles away so your food is cold. Worse app ever. I'll stick to going out and picking up my own food.
Walmart Grocery hired Door Dash to deliver groceries on 2/5/21, It was a sunny day, 42 degrees. The order form clearly stated that the apartment was on the 2nd floor, and the grocery order contained several perishable items that required refrigeration.
While the delivery was made within the two hour "express" window, the driver left the groceries on an outdoor landing at the building entrance. He did not even bother to come inside. Due to a health issue, I cannot leave my apartment; that's why I used Walmart. After talking with Walmart employees for over one hour in an attempt to have the driver come back to move the groceries to the apartment noted on the order form, I gave up. This is the last time I use Walmart grocery.
Warning to Walmart Grocery customers: Walmart refuses liability for grocery delivery when another company delivers for them.

Answer: Grubhub has lower rates now. Even on restaurants with higher fees, it is worth avoiding Doordash
Answer: They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful
Answer: First, DoorDash collects a tip BEFORE you get service. I always tip, so should you. Ubereats lets you tip AFTER you get service - better. Caveat - getting your tip back from DoorDash for bad service is almost impossible.
