How is it possible that, every time I order through Doordash, that they mess up my order? They should at least refund my tips!
Tried to apply to be a doordash driver but they said that they couldn't verify my identity, there is nothing wrong with my identity at all. Everything matches on everything besides my dl because it has my old address, i will never work for this company
I just ordered the Shrimp Basket from Crafty Crab for the first time. Oh my God was it wonderful! 10 beautifully fried large shrimp and onion rings (you have a choice here). They arrived hot and the onion rings were crisp and delicious. I will definitely order again!
I will NEVER easiest NEVER ORDER from them again. I get cold $#*! food no refund no compensation not even a replacement meal I wish I knew where exactly they were located I probably would send threats I'm not lying that's fine dumb $#*! $#*!., Wtf happened to the customer is always right $#*! them with everything in me and my $#*!in wallet they need to just go out of service is what they need to do

Both times now that we've tried to refund our order, we were told we are acting suspicious and then ended the chat 2x.
Let me say this, Rahul, we spent over $2,000 this year with doordash as we had major company events and parties.
I have refunded my own personal order ONE time in the last year and that was because they actually delivered an entirely different order. Just like this time.
We have spent spent thousands with this company and then are told we are being suspicious and to wait 3-5 days for a call.
Well I waited, nobody contacted me.
I then reach out to support and instead of them trying to help, they kept instantly shutting the chat down.
I would re-open the chat and then as soon as a new person came in, they took the chat down again.
I finally talked with someone and they started to help us, once we told them it was for wingstop, they instantly shut the chat down with no explanation on why I'm being "suspicious" or why they can't refund me?
I had photos of the wrong order, proof that they dropped off the wrong order with my RING camera and yet they still want to tell me I'm lying and being suspicious?
Not only that, I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars this year for their services and refunded all but one damn order and this is how I get treated?
An absolutely horrible company with no care for their customers.
Even though UBER is more expensive, I will NEVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN and have told everyone of my 122,000 followers on YouTube as well.

I ordered a case of wine and some soda for a wedding. My adult son was supposed to sign for the wine as you have to show an ID. He never heard the delivery person knock on the door. The soda was delivered but not the wine. I then reordered the same night. I realized I was charged twice for the wine. I called Doordash. I was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. No one did. I then called again a day later. Again, I was told that someone would get back to me with 24 hours. Again, no one did. I just went on a chat with Doordash. After being transferred to 6 different people who are taught to just apologize, I got no where. I was simply told that they could not refund my money for the first order I did not receive. Ne explanation why. Just "sorry." It was close to $100.00 that I am now out of. I will never use them again!
Two nights in a row first night two hours later after they take your money told its cancelled so then get a refund to use so next night order and use my money they refund had to spend a little more order doing the same thing two hours order never arrives and it is cancelled again and now l have a refund like come on is this a joke? So l think l am going to do a pick up order with my refund feels like it is the only way l with get my food and my refund... do not use this company warning.
Doordash delivery man said "he couldn't find our office. Then later claimed he left our food outside the door and took a pic of our food." LIES! I left specific delivery instructions to knock on our door and hand us our food. Our office is street level and is on the corner of street 1 and street 2, has glass walls and glass door. We have a lunch meeting and were all waiting for our food in our waiting area. If driver showed up, there is no way the driver didn't see us nor we him. I called customer service and asked for a copy of the pic - I was told driver cant send it to me. Huh? He has my phone number. Doordash and their driver don't care about their reputation. Go pick up your food yourself or use other delivery service.
Never again! Canceled order, even says "cancel" on the order. When I disputed it, they stated it was never canceled. Enjoy the free money, because no one in this household or anyone that will listen to me vent will use you again! No stars! This thing made me select at least one star, that is too good for this company!
If I could I give this a negative 0. Doordash is nothing but thieves and unprofessional customer service representatives, they laugh in your face when your food taken say they don't have managers and that they don't refunds. We have had our food stealing and have been fighting with doordash to give our money back cause we never got our food and to check their drivers and what is so sad that we spook to so many people who says that this has happen to them to.
I ordered a $40 meal including a tip from Applebees and it never arrived. They then tried to argue with me that it was indeed delivered but the photo was not even my house! The illiterate driver called me several times even though I left clear delivery instructions, I had to call and read it to her and she still couldn't find my house. They offered me a $8 credit, which seems to be the only solution. I then used it the next day to buy cookies the. I ordered 3 sugar cookies but was delivered 3 chocolate. Of course I had to complain again where I was then accused of fraud. Typical poorly ran company blaming the customer for their mistake. I didn't even want a refund I don't need it, I just wanted to let them know how garbage the team is. Never had these problems with grub hub, I'll stick to them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery person only picks up half the order, the Doordash people call stating it is the merchants fault and I will need to talk it up with them. I call the merchant and they said we told him to wait a second for the other part of the order, but he left. The driver then brings me back the half order and insists it isn't his problem and I need to call the merchant again. After paying for the ridiculous delivery fee and tipping someone who didn't even do their job, I ended up having to leave work to go get the food myself. I will never be using doordash again. It isn't worth the money, the headache or the lack of convenience.
I downloaded the App as a driver, I have a primary job and downloaded the DoorDash app as a secondary source of income, however since I did it I have not had the chance to use it for the current workload I have, DoorDash called me 3 days in a row to make pressure on me to start doing deliveries and harass me asking for a commitment to start delivering next weekend... Are you kidding me? Hahaha, a commitment I replied to this guy on the phone, Do you pay me a salary? Do you offer me benefits? No? So I have nothing to do with you, get lost and stop harassing people! So I blocked the number and deleted the App, DoorDash is a horrible company with a lack of values. DoorDash is terrible!
I order food at 12am it was post to be a hr to my food got here then it got pushed back 30 minutes an they didn't get to tacobell to they closed at 2am an now I don't get to eat tonight they couldn't make it right to me! This was my first time using this app an the last time I will be using it... i was planing on using doordash all the time while I was working so I didn't have to take a lunch an I could doordash me an the homie I work with food while we buzz the grass out but I would be sitting at the customer's house all day waiting for my food to get there this is a really $#*!ing sickkkkkk app they have here would have been better off driving my drunk $#*! there to get my food my dam self $#*! this app

I have been a loyal DoorDash customer for years now. I have the annual DashPass and I almost order every single day.
Like it happens with all companies that get big, they do not give two f$@"s about a simple customer, no matter how many times in a day they order.
My latest ordeal with them was that my order was delivered to the wrong place. The dasher did not even have a working number so I was not able to reach out to him.
I of course contacted customer support and explained the situation. Their solution? A simple refund of my order. No I apologize, no I am sorry for the inconvenience, here is a coupon, so you can keep spending money on our app…
After I complained about that, they offered a 10 dollar coupon for a 50 dollar order that never arrived and we are now talking almost 2 hours after I placed the order.
I asked to escalate the situation and speak with a manager. Whoever they put next as a "supervisor" took forever to answer and "the best they can do is 15 dollar coupon". I told them where they can shove that stupid coupon. I am not ordering again on DoorDash. I know they probably don't care as I am only one customer, but at least I can warn people about their horrible service and not have the horrible experiences I have had with them.
Doordash is such a dishonest company. The customer service promised over the phone to refund since the dasher messed up my order. However, the refund never arrived even after 6 months. When I contacted DoorDash again and again, they refused to admit they hadn't refunded me and kept telling me it must be my bank is holding the refund.
I've gotten more refunds than actual orders. My orders have been sent the wrong address numerous times. They're absolutely terrible.
This was my first time using the service, and very well might by my last. If the Dasher does not speak English, how are customers supposed to EFFECTIVELY communicate instructions? (Google Translate only helps but so much). This is how mistakes are made and creates frustration between both parties. The true icing on the cake is the manner in which my groceries were delivered. The groceries were left outside my door un bagged, and my bag of grapes had a broken seal. How am I to know if the grapes were tampered with or not?
My last two experiences with DoorDash was HORRIBLE! 1st. Never received my order. 2nd. Never received what I paid for with no refund. REALLY?

Answer: Grubhub has lower rates now. Even on restaurants with higher fees, it is worth avoiding Doordash
Answer: They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful
Answer: First, DoorDash collects a tip BEFORE you get service. I always tip, so should you. Ubereats lets you tip AFTER you get service - better. Caveat - getting your tip back from DoorDash for bad service is almost impossible.
