Went to Dollar General some of the prices are crazy good and some of the stuff is Overpriced but still not bad... They sell a variety of items...
I don't wanna say never but most likely i will never go there. Anything i bought from there was in garbage within a day or two. I can not believe how people buy food from these stores!

For the pittance of wages these people make our Bluffton, SC has the best group of gals trying each and every day just to keep the shelves full. I shop this store a minimum of 3 days a week. Its sometimes frustrating to find normal everyday things like sugar but they are doing the best they can as this store never stops. It is customer after customer and just no time to open the boxes and shelve these essentials. I have never gotten an attitude from one employee if I asked for a case to be opened so I could get a bag of sugar or something else. Love these ladies. They really do the best they can.

Misleading name. Prices are usually over a dollar. They do have a nice selection though and prices overall are good sometimes. However I like Dollar Tree better.
For a cheap store they have good products at decent prices.

I'm honestly not sure how Dollar General is so cheap. I think they're just a regular American company. Maybe the products are all overstock, I have no idea. But they're cheap and decent.
