Thank you DIYdress team for the wonderful dress and for the high level of customer service provided to me! I received my dress 10 days earlier than expected and am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and with the professionalism of the staff. I read some negative online reviews after placing my order and was very worried from the date of ordering until the day I received the package. Once I opened the package, I was relieved: the dress was beautiful and the quality of the work & material exceeded my expectations. It also fits perfectly well - I still cannot believe it is possible to have a dress made to fit so well by ordering online! It is possible that I was lucky, but I am very pleased indeed. I was also surprised at the quality of customer service standards at DIYdress - every time I contacted customer service, I received a response very quickly and the staff were very supportive. I would highly recommend
This company based on my experience. Very well done and thank you very much for the beautiful dress! I will post the pictures after the wedding due to a superstition in my culture, but please be reassured the dress looks similar to the picture on the website and it is stunning! I can't wait to wear it for my big day! :) Thanks again!

I had mine custom made but it arrived totally differnet to online and didnt fit. The material was horrible and the detailing was faulty and not central at all. After a lot of emails of getting nowhere i decided to return it and get proof of postage advised by my bank. I got there address from there website and was then told after i returned it that this is the wrong address as it doesnt exist. I now have no idea where the parcel is and it looks like i have lost £165. Absolute shocking company!

My dress has arrived safely, You guys are great it fits perfectly and it looks great. I had a lot of worry about my wedding dress when ordered and posted on this site, other than tacky lace that I had removed from the top of my dress, I was lucky my dress looked a million dollars and was told I looked the most beautiful bride... Feel free to look at my wedding photos of my dress... Was heavy and lovely detail...

Thank you for pressing hard on getting my daughter prom dress here on time and a week and two days early. This dress is lovely! Avoid this company! You do not recieve the any close to the picture they advertise. I tried to complain and ask for refund as the item is wrong and this what i got in respionce from several of their email: "We are so sorry that we let you down. From the pictures that you sent us, the dress is beautiful. Why not try it on? As you know our dress sold in such good price. Even you buy a dress from a real shop, it may can reach your 100% satisfaction. Please consider reasonable. We have spent much time and energy in making your dress. As an online shop, we earn a little profit from one order. If you dislike the dress, you can sell it online to save money or give it to your friends.If you return it, the dress is useless. We think you must be stunning when wearing it.We would like to give you 10 pounds discount for your next order as we do want to keep long business relationships with you and make you feel a little better.The dress pictures are only for reference, because every dress is a new one." The dress i recieve is nothing close to what they advertise, i would really advise not to buy from this shop. They just say the dress is still beautiful and you should be happy as the price for it is very low. Please avoid this website, otherwise you will lose money and had unpleasant experience.

Received my wedding dress and it is beautiful. I was kept informed by email and was able to track my dress from when it was dispatched. I am now looking at ordering a veil and my flower girl dresses from this site. Thank you

Hi Got my wedding dress amd all dressses for my bridesmaids and am extremely overwhelmed of how lovely they are, they are perfect, and can't wait till my wedding and see all 6 bridesmaids together. To order first time with Diydress, was very easy and helpful, my questions regarding my beautiful dress ( Exquisite sheath full sleeve high-neck beaded zipper back trailing prom dress) which I wanted without the trailing, were answered quickly and prompt by there friendly staff. On there Diydress website. Also they made sure, that my measurements for the dress, which I send to them, where correct and accurate. So that I felt I am with an excellent customer Service Team.
Also I received information e-mails, regarding Tracking Number and website, so that I was informed all the time.
My dress arrived today and on time. It looks stunning and as I ordered it. I defiantly will order again.

ABSOULTE RIP OFF! Bought a dress from here for my birthday party, were I had a lot of friends and family coming to. On the website I paid extra money for it to definitely be here on time for my party. The day before my party it still wasn't here so I checked my tracking and it was still ages away from were I live! I had to then go out and buy another dress which was really expensive because I was let down by this company! It then came 3 days after my party when I didn't need it, I tried it on and it didn't even fit! And all they can say is take it to a tailor and get it fixed when I paid for them to alter it to my size. Also they said I can have a discount from my next order which is a joke. They are so unhelpful and an ABSOULTE waist of £150 pounds! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM DIYDRESS.COM

I firstly contacted DIY Dress due to being let down by a different supplier, I was very apprehensive about ordering, but the team put my mind at rest. They assured me that they could meet my expectations of a custom made wedding dress and that all the detail could be done. I placed my order, along with a bridesmaid dress, three flowergirl dresses and a couple pairs of shoes. They contacted me several times to double check the measurements I had provided and confirm colours. They really settled my rattled nerves. I received the order within the time they had specified, even with the custom made dress. I have to say I was nervous opening the package, but as soon as I looked at one of the flowergirl dresses I knew everything would be ok. The dresses are beautiful and just as I wanted. The wedding dress is perfect, the team at DIY Dress have done an outstanding job, I would not hesitate to order again from here. The shoes are a perfect fit and comfortable too. The staff who answered my constant questions were amazing, thank you ladies.
