This site has been using other designers' photos to sell dresses. The ones that arrive look nothing like the pictures at all.

I ordered a simple elegant looking dress for my bridesmaid, and it is awful!
When the dress arrived, it was the wrong colour, wrong measurements, poorly put together, proportions were all wrong, and the overall quality was rubbish as well. There were supposed to be flat pleats on the front of the dress at the waistline, instead they've used some kind of weird stitch makes it stick out around the waist. Not flattering. My bridesmaid looks like she's wearing a bustle at the back!

When I complained about all of these things, the company flatly denied that there were any differences between the dress that arrived and the pictures on the website, in broken english. This has gone back and forth for some weeks now, and they have now offered me a discount on future purchases! The cheek of it!
I will never be purchasing anything from this company ever again, and I will make sure as many people as possible know they are scan artists and theives.

I have ordered my wedding dress from diydress. Co. Uk. Today I picked up my package and immediately unpacked and I must say that I AM SO THRILLED about my wedding dress! It looks just the same as shown in the pictures and it fits perfectly! I am so in love with my wedding dress, You've made me so beautiful on my coming wedding day! I'm so happy. I would easily buy anything from this web site again!

This web site was my worst nightmare. I ordered my wedding dress, which suppose to be very beautiful. Not only I got my dress two and half weeks later but it was a most horrible dress I ever seen in my life. I got it so late that I was depressed cry for couple days and went looking for other web sites to get my dress and started to file return to diydress.co.uk and then I got email from them telling me that I wont get any returns and they wont give my money back and if I don't like something about dress bring it to tailors and fix it my self. I could not believe ignorance of those people, as far they have you money they do not care what you think about them. Then I realised that the pictures they have on there website of dresses they do is just copied from original designers sites and they have no ideas how to make them, and not only that they will tell you that everything if perfect for them and no money back and as well I was offered to sell it eBay or on any other site as they wont take it back. Dress I so on them web site and that I got in delivery bag was 2 different dress and the one I had in my hands was so horrible made that you cant even fix it and apparently Diydress do not care about there clients.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from them and have had a really good experience with them. I was a bit worried about ordering such a special item over the internet without having the facilities for my daughter to try it on before we bought it. I had a few emails with customer services and they were always very helpful and quick to get back to me. I asked them if they could slightly make the top of her dress a bit smaller and this they did without any problem. When the dress arrived, in plenty of time, my daughter and I were both very pleased with it. The prom was on Thursday and my daughter looked stunning in her dress and everyone commented on it. She was so happy and she had the dress of her dreams.

After placing an order for a dress I purchased from diydress, I came across some reviews of the website, which particularly weren't good. I was so nervous about my dress that I got my mum to contact them. The customer service were lovely, and ensured that my dress will be made properly. It arrived earlier than I expected, and when I opened the package... WOW! There was the gorgeous white dress I had ordered! The quality was excellent, the colour pigment was just right and the size was also right! I would recommend diydress. Thankyou diydress!

They are parasitic criminal Chinese manufacturers of low quality counterfeit clothing. They have no base in the UK. The pictures on their website are the original manufacturers models and dresses. They will send you the lowest quality junk you have ever seen and then will refuse to give you refund. After losing (thankfully only) over £85 and getting very frustrated with their "customer service" all I can say is I feel very sorry for you if you have ordered anything from them. You must cancel straight away - they will probably give you some nonsense though. Keep insisting though that you want to cancel your order. Do not believe the good reviews - these criminals have invested a significant amount in writing fake good reviews.

After a bad experience if dress ordering I needed a dress for my daughters prom. The dress we received is beautiful and stunning and makes her feel like a princess. The dress fits perfect and the quality is fantastic. She is so pleased with it. The questions I asked while the dress was being made and shopped were answered speedily and I loved how we were able to track the dress while it was in transit. Very, very happy will he using and recommending DIY dresses
