MY dress has arrived today and i love it. It is beautiful and fits me perfectly. Technical support on the live chat have been fantastic through out the process. Nothing has been to much trouble. I did worry about colours after reading some reviews but there was no need at all it is just the same. Would definately use again. Many thanks to diydress. :)

Hi I just wanted to thank diydress so much for the dresses, they are wonderful and fit perfectly, really good job! I love them! The colours are so nice and actually on whole better than what i expected. We just had some problems at the customs when we went to pick them but otherwise everything went so smooth, plus the customer service was so helpful :) Since the event is in two months I will send some photos later. Just received my wedding dress. I'm overwhelmed. DIY Dress make it to fit you and they will make any changes you ask for. Fantastic. Don't be afraid. They are the best of the wedding dress sites. Go for it

SCAM!
I paid extra for custom measurements, but it was way off.
Unwearable!
They offered £5 compensation and refused to take it back, despite that being the law. (Tailoring alone to fix it would cost £75)
I'm still fighting with my credit card company and trading standards.

Caution! Custom made dresses from China are often substandard. Do not get fooled by the images on the website, they are most likely stolen from other sites.

No stars... WARNING... bought a dress for my daughters prom, it awful wrong size colour and shape also really cheap and badly made. Still trying to get my money back I have sent photos to them... They asked if I could take it to a tailor. To get it fixed I I'd and no be ill touch it because it is that bad... my daughter was heartbroken and now I'm in debt having to fork out for another dress... do not buy from these
