I recently ordered some items that honestly just didn't look great on me! I was so lost on how to even start a return, however after reaching out to the team they gave me guidance and assistance. Really truly great assistance!
There were some items that I kept and quite honestly I'm very impressed with the quality.

I purchased online and did not get the package on time and had to refuse the delivery and send back to sender due to flight. It took more than 1 MONTH! To get my refund. Also they deducted 77$ for return fee! In total I paid almost 100$ for nothing! Stay away from them! Not worth the attention!
I purchased a pair of linen pants. $10 to ship. I was fine with that, but the returns policy is deceiving. I was under the impression from the website I could return for a free "instant refund". That being said, I received the pants and they quality was awful - terrible unflattering cut. Baggy to the point of clown pants. I put in a request to return and asked customer service what was the issue with me now paying $20 to return the pants. I received what was basically a bot initially and then the same useless response from a rep. Their last response seemed to indicate that my return would be reviewed for acceptability - they clothing is UNACCEPTABLE quality. Bad fast fashion. I don't get why so many influencers push the brand except for the fact that they must give the clothes away. Don't waste your time, energy and money.

If our team deems this to have a manufacturing fault, we will provide a pre-paid returns label. Dissh should be proud of the customer service they provide their customers! I desperately wanted an item by a specific date and they ensure they had it dispatched immediately to ensure I had the best chance at receiving my item. So thoughtful and caring. I'll be back for sure

I purchased the Rowan Blazer online and wasn't sure on size. I spoke to Ebony from LIVE CHAT and she was great with trying to help me with size as I'm a petite build but my bust falls into the size 8 measurements.
Ebony was very helpful but I took it upon myself and phoned in-store as the stuff members have seen customers try on blazers and maybe people of my build.
I rang up the Chadstone store and so glad Desiree (I'm sure, was her name) helped me over the phone and reassured me that the size 6 would fit and would give me the overall look I wanted to match with my Rowan Pants and Vest that I had previously purchased.
I got my delivery within a day and it fit so well, the first time I've put on a blazer and didn't feel like a dag.

As I looked for more classic styles I stumbled across dissh. I was traveling to Italy and wanted to look as stunning as the italy women! Trust me I rocked those dresses day and night. I also had an amazing interaction with the Chadstone store. I think the girls name was tana. She was very accomodating and understand. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was completely unrelated to their boutique.

I live in NZ, I have purchased from DISSH three times, and have loved every single piece. The quality is great, the delivery is so fast. I have been following everyone's reviews on TikTok and it's helped me see how it fits on other people. With one order, I received a faulty pair of pants, but Millie from the DISSH team was so helpful and gave me a prepaid return label to send them back for a refund. I then repurchased the same pant again and they were perfect. Love how timeless these pieces are and they great additions to my work wardrobe capsule.

My package was left outside of my building for anyone to walk by and take. Needless to say I didn't get my package and this horrible company told me to put a claim in with DHL. I didn't choose this them Nir should I have to do the job of customer service. They didn't provide any customer service nor hold themselves accountable. Worst experience ever, definitely will not be shopping with them ever again.

As per our recent communication, when a customer removes the signature on the delivery for their order, this removes liability for any missing or stolen parcels once delivered to the nominated shipping address. This is advised on our shipping page and also by DHL when the request is made. We investigated this with DHL and they advised this was requested to be left at the front door. Should you feel the location that the parcel was left in was not safe, we kindly recommend reaching out to DHL directly for their customer care team to investigate further. I purchased a dress and paid 10$ for shipping. I haven't received it yet but first it was said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days, then it turned out it will take over 10 days. The, I got a message from DHL that I had to pay an extra 30$ for import duty services. It is a fraud. I will never buy anything from this brand and make sure none of my families or friends does it.

Company is not clear that when you select the US Size, you are actually getting the AUS SIZE. $20 for a refund and if you use their quick refund system you can only pay for the return with a debit card. If you pay for the return with the debit card, you get refunded on the debit card (not the card you paid with) - how is that legal?
Very confusing process, just not worth ordering from and dealing with return process as is not easy and really does not make sense

For example, if you ordered a US6, you have received a US6 with an AU10 size tag. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I am so so so saddened about my experience, and still stuck with my money frozen. There was an almost $150 import tax, on an order of $900, which I refused to pay, and never accepted the goods into the country. Contacted by DHL which advised me this will be fine to do, the site claims free returns but apparently no. Now they're in dispute with dissh, and I DON'T have any clothes delivered, I'm almost 900 dollars in, and can't get it back, and no one is taking any responsibility. Contacted Dish CS - they absolutely don't care about international customers!, contacted DHL, who said the merchant is refusing payment for the return, and contacted my bank. My only hope is to get my money back.
Please learn from my mistake and avoid this business if you're shopping internationally
The company replied and I've contacted DHL again, and contacted DISSH's Customer Service team again. DHL claims that the order was returned to the DISSH team, DISSH has not yet honored my request for a refund - neither via the customer service team nor via the bank. It's been more than 4 months from the order date. SO - they got their clothes back, and NOT issuing a refund, it appears

I have 4 pieces of clothing from DISSH that I have been trying to get refunded for months. DHL picked the items up but DISSH is saying they dont have them. DHL is saying the labels DISSH send me are no longer valid. I can't talk to a real person and have spent hours and hours trying to get nearly $1,000 back. Buying beware...the process to buy and return from DISSH is risky and they dont have actual humans tou can talk to.
