The quality of the item I received was the worst I've seen in this price range. They offer no refunds or exchanges. I don't recommend buying anything from them.
Im delighted with my first purchase from DISSH.I was first reluctant because of the sizing but customer service was swift and very helpful with their reply.
I received the linen trousers and waistcoat yesterday and I'm impressed with the quality and finish of the garment.
I would give 5 stars for the service and quality. However, purchases in AUD should be implemented for overseas customers as it would make the already pricey garments more economical! Then I would definitely purchase more often from DISSH.

I cannot begin to tell you of the many orders I have placed with DISSH over the past couple of years. With one of my recent orders, I purchased a new regular priced top that absolutely WREAKED of perfume! There is no way whomever re-packaged the top did not smell the odor! I immediately emailed DISSH (within 30 minutes of the delivery) requesting a pre-paid label and an even exchange. Here we are almost 2 weeks later, zero acknowledgement and zero response. Perfume, especially heavy fragrances can cause triggers with people that may have health issues such as myself. I will no longer support DISSH and have shared my experience with my friends, family & followers. Take head to the negative reviews and support businesses that support you through customer service.

After their easy service, refundid could not print a label and 6 emails to their customer service...I was forced to use standard method and have a label printed from DHL which was another 6 emails as it took 3 days to get a label to my email so I thought for sure that wasn't arriving either. Then they failed to say that I was to call DHL for a pickup and how I do that. Never order from them...stick to sites in the us!

Ordered Diego Midi Skirt. Fabric was nothing like it appeared on photos, thin and shiny, some stitching ripped on one wear, was offered just a 20% discount. I have heard mixed reviews but overall I would stay away.

Not worth the price tag and horrible customer service. Firstly, asked for my order to be cancelled within 1 minute of purchasing because I realized I forgot to add the 10% discount code. I was told this was not possible. Unclear why that is because it was literally within 24 hours - this is against consumer law, so that's shady af. Then, I asked if it they could at least add the 10% discount - this request was also declined. I paid $50 for duties for the dress to arrive in Canada. The dress was so poorly sown together and the sizing was completely off. I sized down based on their sizing chart and it was still huge and disproportionate. The fabric is so heavy it pulls down the sweater dress so much that the top of the dress becomes see-through, yet the arms and the back of it are still baggy. Really horrible craftsmanship and material. Stay away.

I have purchased many items from Dissh and have always been happy with the quality for the price. However, I ordered a couple items two months ago and only received one of them. After contacting customer service multiple times I have yet to receive a refund, with claims that they have to "talk to their warehouse". I even provided photos of the tiny package I received that couldn't possibly have fit both items to start with. Horrible customer service that makes me never want to shop there again. Buyer beware.

The worst customer service ever - on their website it shows- US SIZE - US 10 but I received a size 14 - WAY to large - I thought they just shipped the wrong size - their response was that is the correct size. After several attempts to resolve this issue their resolve was - just order a different size - and they will let let me return the size 14. Too many other companies are out there that are much better to work with - stay away from this one. Plus - it was not a cheap blazer - and they will not accept a return.

Their sizing is inaccurate. If you fit size 6 top, you won't fit size 6 dress. If you want to return it, they'll ask you to pay for postage. Instead of a refund, they said they'll give me a gift card because it was a sale item. I said okay but its been a week and I still haven't received the gift card. Now the item that I wanted to order is not on sale anymore. Pathetic! Money wasted. Not ordering from them again

I am not one to usually leave reviews but Dissh definately deserves it. I have ordered $800+ of clothes so far and intend to order more over the coming days. Their quality of clothing is amazing, sizing is true to size and just overall design is great. The materials used are of quality and the delivery turnaround is really quick. I will only order my clothes from Dissh, literally!

The company sent me the wrong size after their company screwed up. Fought me on it for awhile and then stopped responding. I have been waiting over a month to be refunded and the CS team has disappeared. I will be reporting to my bank as fraud unfortunately. I cannot believe scam companies like this still exist.
I was duped by what seemed like great sale prices on current styles with great quality fabrics. But after spending five hundred dollars on linen pants and dresses etc. there is literally nothing of the haul that is flattering or fits. I used to be a fit model so I know my measurements very well, and furthermore have a body where almost everything fits me off the rack. Not a single item of clothing fits right or looks good. That's five hundred dollars down the drain as I can't exchange any sale items and the items I didn't buy on sale are so expensive to return I might as well try re selling them online. Don't be fooled by their photography! The clothes look nothing like the website. Also confused by how heavy all their dresses and pants are. I specifically ordered linen to wear this summer in Rome, but these are winter clothes only with a summer look. Cheap shapeless clothes, don't waste your money.
I was very happy on finding this site and finding such beautiful clothing into my disturbance I had a delay in my package which told me that they won't be able to deliver to me which was fine because by time that the package was coming to my place I was going out of country on a vacation that's why I ordered in the first place I'm trying to get in contact with DHL they told me they was not delivering which was fine at the moment then to my disbelief they delivered without me having any knowledge of this when I got in touch with DHL they told me there was nothing they could do for me when I got in contact with the company they told me there was nothing they could do for me so I'm sitting here with no outfits no money and no help be careful where you spend your money ladies these people do not care about customer service or making customers happy because they did not do anything to search my package to see what happened to it or to give me a refund or re-ship or anything very disgusted with this whole situation very unhappy very unsatisfiedSo if you need an outfit to be on time or you need to come actually into your wardrobe do not order from here my experience was a total waste loss of time and money all they did was give me pressure very stressful And they even told me that I signed some kind of waiver to say to just drop my package and they have no help on refunding or doing anything for fraud alert If you just want to spend money and never see it by from here if you want to be satisfied and have an outfit definitely shop other places
Purchased a top according to their size chart. It was too big and with the design of the top it showed too much side boob. I contacted Dissh and my only option was to just keep it because. They don't exchange. Was told to return it and purchase the size down which will incur another delivery fee. However they don't refund only give credit so I won't be purchasing from them ever I don't think that's a great way to do business
DISSH really turned a situation around for me when my order was delayed from dispatch.
All of the staff are articulate and kind, I want to shout out Courtney for taking my calls and doing her best to push my situation to management. I then want to thank Tenille for creating an incredible customer experience for me. Not only did she resolve my situation, but she also compensated me for the issues I had come across. She didn't have to do that, but the fact that she went out of her way to go above and beyond is appreciated and speaks volumes.
I have been a long time customer of DISSH and will continue to be so for a very long time. Love the quality, love the care and love the brand.
The customer service reps at DISSH are literally the best. I online shop ALOT so I deal with many people from customer service. The people that work at DISSH are incredible- they are efficient, fast and above all so friendly and accomodating! To top it off the clothes are always great quality. 10/10 online store!
