I only saw all of the bad reviews after placing my order and was terrified to receive it. Writing to say that I had a great experience with this online shop! I discovered them from an Instagram ad. I received great customer service when I reached out with concerns over the sizing because of these poor reviews. They said while they do not usually offer returns they would consider it if the sizing was off. The package arrived to me in the US in less than a week and the pieces fit true to size. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews but I am incredibly happy with all of items I purchased- all high quality linen at amazing prices with the sale. Highly recommend!

Toowoomba store customer service very poor specially young girl work Thursday night 29/04/21 bad customer service which is really sad to see and experienced some tops different prices on different colours you would think its all the same price its exactly same tops and same style.

Very expensive shipping but I loved the product so I was willing to spend the $25. When they arrived the sizing was nothing like on the website so I went to exchange the product and they said it would be $100 to ship back. Now I'm stuck with $120 worth of shorts and nothing to do with them.

I do like this store! But I only buy online because we don't have a Dissh here in Adelaide. One thing I am not happy about is the customer has to pay there own return postage. I don't mind if a store offers a flat rate $6 (may vary) for you to send an item back by post but with Dissh you have to pay up yourself! Weather the item be a light singlet or a heavy knit you have to pay up. Most likely the heavy knit will cost more in postage which leaves the customer out of pocket and for me that was $15!
Might I add I only returned this item because i found it in another local boutique for half the price.

Just another overpriced fast fashion store ripping us all off. They have just recently hiked all their prices up but their tacky fast fashion has not improved. And they have stopped offering decent promo codes and sales. Their sale items used to be well priced but now they are marked down to the price they used to sell their items for. Accessories are ridiculously expensive also, don't waste your money here. At least stores like Princess Polly offer refunds on sale items, but not here. And $9.99 for express postage? Really? We all know they receive a postage discount from Aupost. What happened to the regular post option also? And free shipping over $75... I know of many fast fashion stores who offer free postage over $50. Not the best store in comparison to others.

Occasionally they will have great designs, but Dissh is just another womens boutique store that sells over priced, sub-par quality clothing. And to top it off, they don't offer free returns unlike there competitors. Definitely a selling point for me and a reason why I very rarely choose Dissh over other online competitors. Why buy an item that is sold everywhere else as well, from a store that wont let you return easily. Its 2018, they need to compensate for this for the online demand.

I recently bought a dress from Dissh. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I bought the "Worth My Time Cowl Slip Dress in Tan", and it is even much nicer than it appears on line. The style, cut, colour and material just so lovely on the body. I had to contact Head Office with a mistake I made when I put in my order. I wrote an email and left a message on the answering machine. I live in Perth, so the time difference is difficult, I have to mention the staff I spoke to (sorry I forgotten your name) was so lovely, professional, friendly and she had already corrected the mistake before I had actually spoken to anyone. Thankyou so much! The dressed arrived promptly today, and I love it..

I purchased a pair of flares for $70, after 2 washes (the correct washes), they shrunk in size and length. I contacted head office and they were rude and basically said nothing can be done with the time past (they clearly don't understand you don't wear clothes as soon as you buy them). An absolute waste of money, I bought a very similar pair from Kmart and they have been amazing (for just $20) so I will NEVER purchase from Dissh again! Be careful with clothing as they shrink!
