Horrible feeling to realize you have been tricked into buying tires and rims you did not actually need. Sales person insisted "Rim was corroded" turns out it is a common trick to get customers to believe they need something they don't and rim corrosion is often easily fixed. Plus they failed to honor the warranty on my previous tires due to their people not properly putting my information in their system. Burden of proof the tires were under warranty was placed on me, When I did produce proof they give me run around and try to justify to me they gave me discounts. Not satisfied at all and will never do business with them again, Get a sam's membership and go there, they actually include road side assistance and actually honor the warranty.

To set definitions straight, "Lifetime Warranty" mean the normally expected life of a tire. The people have all been professional, honest, knowledgeable and efficient to the tune of saving me from grief, stress and unnecessary expense. I was impressed when the manager last week solved a tricky problem. I bought a used 2011 Honda Fit Sport with the low profile tires that caused a bumpy and jarring ride. For a fair price he replaced the 16" rims with 15" rims and the tires with higher sidewalls. That smoothed the ride tremendously without affecting normal handling.

I had a flat tire took it and waited 2 1/2 hours they told me it was fixed all they did was add air to it they didn't even attempt to fix it. I could've done that in 15 minutes. If that's how they treat you after the sale I personally will never use them again beware

This is the second time I have had new tires installed and have had TPMS light on. I purchased new tires again today, set of 4. I had no TPMS issues or lights on before I went in. After I got tires and started driving home the light came on. I went back in and they scanned the wheels, I was told. 1 has a low battery and 2 of them are failed, dead. How does this happen? Watch this as it will add a few hundread dollars to the cost!

I purchased a set of tires for my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 and the next day my low pressure light came on. I wasn't able to go back until a few weeks later. When I did go back I had the pleasure of working with a young lady named Stephanie. I wasn't happy about the 2.5 hr wait so I came back the next morning and thankfully I was able to work with her again. She personally checked my pressure both days and checked my sensors the second day. Long story short it was just a bad stem, but her service was right on point.Not to mention she's real easy on the eyes. I appreciate all of her help.

Made two appointments on the same day for two different cars. Avoid walk-ins and make an appointment if you want fast turnaround. The most efficient and professional operation I have seen for tire installation. Their service and tire selection far exceeded my expectations. Very competitive pricing and was out the door in just one hour! A very happy customer!

After a rotation of tires which were purchased from Discount TIre, my pickup developed a shimmy. The initial solution should have been balancing, which was missed at time of rotation. No offer was made to rotate, but instead the immediate recommendation was to purchase new rims and /or new tires to replace a set with only 22K out of possible 60K miles. Obviously I left without resolution. The store was short staffed, and I waited in line for 20 minutes even with an appointment. Previous services have been hurried, rushed and less than thorough. There will be no returning.

Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced today. Over the phone I was told that the manger will usually okay road hazard replacement policy even though I didnt buy the new tires from them. Well not today, went in to have tires mounted and balanced only to be told that no exceptions are made. I dont know if this is how they get customers to come in, but why not just be honest over the phone. I passed several tire shops on the way there that could have done the same service and cheaper. A month ago had another problem on another car of mine. Had to wait over three weeks for two tires to come in and be replaced under roadharzard. Now I have two tires that dont match because they cannot get the tires that came on a 1 yr old car. I been told they have changed their policies on alot of their services now. Also, military discount does not apply to their labor charges, only to tires or wheels they sell. I was also told thats how the "Guys" get paid. Been a coustomer for over 30 years at discount tire, I guess its time to look elsewhere!

Don't bother making an appointment with discount tire. They'll tell you it'll take an hour if you make an appointment and then when you show up they want to push you back. Made an appointment showed up and they are 1 hour and 45 minutes at a minimum to get tires rotated and balanced. Other shops around town seem to be about 45 minutes maximum. Their service has gone down their quality has gone down and it doesn't appear that they are going to try to get it back. It's quite disappointed to see their business to such a significant downturn in how they handle things. You're better off to try to find somewhere else. Wait times are horrendous. They will not honor free services unless you buy more tires. They only honored the included free services after arguing with the sales people and when service was complete they do a bad job. I was a former employee for discount tire and I tell you, I will never buy tires from this company again. Stay away.

The current store manager, Stephen Champlin is clueless about customer service. I bought new tires 3 days ago. These tires rode worst than my old ones. Why? That did not balance them. I showed him pictures of a qualified mechanic's balancing machine. It was not one tire; it was all 4. One tire read 1.75, the other. 75, the other. 75, and the last one 1.25. I showed him the pictures, and said " you should not of hit a pot hole". Wow! Has anyone ever hit a pothole with all 4 tires at the same time. That is a shame. Not once did he offer to make it right, never once apologized, and that was it. What an embarrassment to the company. His name is Stephen Champlin. This a store location you should avoid.

Made the apt for 1pm showed up 15 mins early, was told on the ap I was #2 in line. I watched all of the cars clear the bays, checked the AP and it says im not in line. I called their attention to it and watched the bays fill again. Never discount again!

I have nothing but great things to say about discount tire company, i always have great experiences with them. The latest amazing experience i had was in Mukilteo WA. I had a flat tire on my rental car and I happened to be very close to discount tire. I stopped at the location and spoke to Preston Henske and he told me that the waiting time would be 3+ hours, when i explained that i am visiting from Colorado and our time is very limited and we are long time Discount Tire customers. Preston took our car and replaced the flat tire with the spare one immediately. This is what i call great customer service. I always have been a big fan of Discount Tire and will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Kudos to Preston and his team!

So, it was a very difficult day w/my tire damaged, a donut on my wheel... driving in Vegas and out of all the locations I chose to make an appointment at, it was the most amazing experience I could ever ask for as a customer - now I've had a real good experience at Discount Tire in Bullhead City Arizona... never ever expected the service to get even more excellent but it did and out of all places in Vegas - my salesperson "Randell P." Was so good to me it was like he came from my perspective of what it would be like for him if it was his car and his flat tire! He just got me w/out me telling him anything. He gave me a good deal, they were fast... I walked over to a store for lunch, brought it back and by the time I unwrapped the salad, put my eggs and dressing in - they were done! Absolutely mind blowing! It does help if you arrive at least 20 minutes to take care of any unexpected issues and that was what I did. They are way busy and still found a way to serve me w/out waiting for a long time. I came out a complete winner, so happy, and they saved me a lot of money considering people are suffering financially b/c of covid-19. Thank you so much - I will always remember this insane service.

I ordered 4 tires on weds nite over phone and i received them friday morning by fed ex, the person did there job and over and above, she looked up all options for my vette and she took my order as i requested for the tires i wanted, price was great and shipping was FAST. She was great to deal with and iam a retired auto repair shop owner and i wish there was 10 of this person. She needs to be awared for first doing her job, second for going over and above, and third for not saying any lies. She was great to deal with and i dont take time out to write reviews. I would say this id the first i have writen in 5 or 6 years so i dont do this often but this person needs to be rewarded thank you don gould

Needed to return order. Took a week to wait for FEDEX before they'd refund me. Their help line is constantly busy and they seem to open tickets and then end up with more than one agent working on the same ticket with poor results. (No internal coordination/communication).

If I'd gone with a lightly higher priced set of tires from their competitor, I'd have tires on my vehicle now, instead of 9 emails and worn down phone batteries from waiting on hold. Let alone the wasted time trying to settle my order up and get my refund.

I do not recommend this business to anyone.
