Worst customer service I've encountered. Waited for 20 minutes with several incompetent employees behind counter and was never acknowledged.

You should stay away from this location AT BARKER CYPRESS, CYPRESS, TX when Ryan the manager is working. Ryan is the worst manager and should never hold a manager position. I showed Ryan a competitor price on the exact same tire I wanted to buy and he would not honor the price. I thought the matching the price was something they would do. Ryan made my visit the most un-pleasant experience I have ever had w/ purchasing tires from Discount Tire. This guy as a manager in my opinion is Cancer to their reputation and organization. He would not go to the website (https://www.walmart.com/ip/Nitto-Ridge-Grappler-P275-60R20/*******) I gave him to show him the competitor price.
Ryan also refused to provide me the "company instant discount rate when I used my Discount Tire Credit Card". You need to stay away from this location when Ryan is working if you are trying to buy a set of tires. I will never- never ever go to this store again- Discount Tire Barker Cypress TX - stay away when Ryan works.

I personally believe in giving credit where credit is due. So I want to say thank to the discount tires round rock team. Special thanks to "Carlos and Tomas" for assisting me in getting all new tires for my Audi and Nissan Titan it was a very fast and seamlessly process. Thank you the whole team. (Lunch on me)

Always in a hurry to get you in and out as long as they sell you something, doesn't matter what it is, when it comes to the alignment part that is where they hit you hard, always something wrong and needs replaced, this is where they hit you for the big bucks, alignment person was very rude, told me I needed to come up with the money to replace the steering box, steering box doesn't affect the alignment, this is my last visit to tire discounters.

I had my Volvo towed to this location. I replaced two tires and rims. Just heard back from Volvo they never replaced the rims. Destroyed my tires and alignment plus stole 600 dollars from me!

In over 30 years. My family n I never in my lifetime ever got charged for a rotation or a balance when they did that together. But if discount tire is going to charge me for an rotation fee I'll take my business elsewhere. What happened to the people that used to work there

My husband worked for Discount Tire for over 28 years. The minute Mark Rogers was forced to retire and Bruce died, the business died. It shows.

This place is a joke I got a credit card from a month ago for emergency but since I have not used it yet they canceled it because there was no activity on they only care about your money not your safety. I hope the ceos reads this but they don't care

I purchased a set of tires at discount tire on Burt Koons in Shreveport and it was a terrible move. I called the store to see about prices and toes the sales guy what tires I had on my truck then. I had Hancook Dyna pro 2 that I really liked. The sales guy told me that they had a tire that was made by Hankook just for discount tire that is equal to the Dyna pro twos. He said that because they were made just for discount tire they were offered at a lower price. Asked him if there were any bad reviews about the tires and he said no.
As soon as I drove off and got on the road I heard road noise. Not a lot but a lot more than I ever had before. I called the store and he told me to give the tires a few days get some miles on a little bit of ware. Well it's been seven months or I mean 7000 miles and the noise just keeps getting louder. When I went in to get my free tire rotation I told them about the problem and asked if they had any complaints about the tires. The gentleman at the counter said not really but some and I asked about what and he said mainly road noise! Which is not what I was told before I purchased them. So I told the guy I was unhappy with him and he got on his computer did a few things and said that he can get me into a better tire for about four or $500 extra. Wow I wrote a review before but don't seem like it got posted. I was really hoping with my review that discount tire would call and try to make things right. I guess that's where I went wrong for the second time huh lol.
I would never recommend discount tire for any tire service. There a bunch of who knows what.

My wife, who is African-American has both winter and summer tires with wheels and since we bought one set from Discount tires, they promise to change them for free. Last year they informed us that the regular tires could only be changed one more time as they were getting eroded. This year we went there again and she had to wait until their African-American salesperson was free before they even attended to her. Of course he was persuading us to get three new tires but we insisted that he put the regular tires back on. He knew we were going to buy new tires and we wanted to keep the snow tires and wheels and sell them and replace the summer/regular tires with Michelin tires. Costco was having a sale on them. We told him we just want the regular tires and wheels back on. He agreed but then a white person returned and we were told they were not going to do it because they were "unsafe" when he knew damn well we were not going to keep them on the car more than a few days. Worse yet, my wife got played by an African-American sales person and that hurt even more. She was a thirty year customer of Discount Tires. We all get suckered by the fact that they will change tires and wheels for free, but forget that they want you to buy new tires earlier than you might need them. We bought tires from them that they would not keep on for the guaranteed 45,000 miles. Costco is the way to go. The saving is the price of the tires was more than enough to pay for the subscription.

Had new tires put on 5/28/22. Car sat for 2 days. Went to work on Monday. Very bad vibration. Front tire basically fell off car. Took to BRAKES PLUS to find out what was wrong. Apparently Discount tire only finger tightened lugs on wheels. Very dangerous situation and could have caused a bad accident or worse. Notified discount tire as well as the corporate office. STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING BACK. BTW, brakes pluse fixed everything as well as aligned car. Discount tire location was Dysart and McDowell store in Goodyear AZ.

So disappointed with the service I received and the damage to my rims when having two new tires put on. The pictures show the way my wheels looked when they were done. Unfortunately they did not look much better after cleaning them up.

First of all I'm disable, on 6/3/22 I went to have my tires looked at because one of them that I had patches kept needed air and my mechanic said it could be causing my truck shaking and pulling to the right. Jason the manger at the bourbonnais IL store was very unprofessional with his tone, while I the customer was trying to explain my concern. Won't be buying anymore tires from them. Also, they don't want to cover your warranty when you need new tires. Buyer Beware!

Had to get four new tires for the truck. Shopped around and their price was just as good as everyone else. They ordered the tires they came in next day. I dropped the truck off and they were done in about an hour. I would give them five stars but they one thing that needs to be done when you get new tire... wheel alignment. Front and back. How can you sell tires and not have the ability to offer a wheel alignment service? Overall they were very courteous and a very quick service turnaround. I'll go back for sure.

I've had the misfortune of going here more times than I'd like to admit. They are inconsiderate liars that only care about how good they sound. I've wasted more than enough money going to them and trusting my car and safety in their hands. There have been countless times where I was told my car was ready to drive and a tire was not safe with mesh wire sticking out the inner side.
When purchasing a warranty I paid $84 for 40k miles, and after one of my tires had to be replaced they told me that I didn't have the correct warranty for the "type of damage". But for me, they say they will only charge me a small fee "this one time" to fix it. Well thank you so much for the "customer service" but you're all a bunch of pathological liars and have no idea how to be decent human beings for people's safety. Stay away from this store all together, and if you do go to hickory or Mooresville anytime and need a tire, just go to Sam's club or Costco, they're better and you don't need a membership to get your car serviced.

Market place location, went for a bad tire, took a long tiime, in the end the agent said his device that sets the locations, left front etc was not working matter of fact non in the shop worked. They sent me out of there with no tires showing pressure.
After I went back a day later got the same treatment, waited for 2 hours, had to reschedule.
If all they want is for me to make an appointment quit playing games and say it.

I bought tires from Discount Tire in 2014 with lifetime rotation and balance. I took the car in for rotation in 2022 to have them rotated and balanced and they would not do it because they said the tires were too old. The car passed a state inspection the previous week. Maybe the term lifetime means what they say it means.

Advertise tpms service but they don't have a clue. Now I have to go to dealer because computer is screwed up.

Their tires are subpar and not discounted and their corporate office is the worst just stay away and find another place to shop.
