Incompetent

I'm a designer of several decades and I know how to prepare artwork, and how it will print. This company's art dept. is UNREACABLE, you cannot speak with them, you have to go through polite representatives and/or send numerous notes after declining incorrect proofs, which ap[parently no one reads. They altered our artwork without permission and for no technical reason. I get that they likely think they are good at production (and design...) but the things they did caused us to have to find another vendor - and we then quickly, got the job done without changing our artwork and for half the price. If you're producing anything printed on paper or magnets. We recommend StickerYou.com. For what it's worth, the mugs came out fine:)

I placed an order with two projected delivery dates of 9 or 10 days post-order. That afforded time for my promotional event and was ultimately the reason I chose them. I spoke to customer service the first day I was projected to receive the items (9 days post-order), and they hadn't even printed them yet. They assured me they would expedite them.

They printed them and then placed them in regular ground shipping. They even admitted this additional mistake when reviewing their notes from previous calls in which one rep marked that they needed to overnight the items. And yet apparently they messed that up too.

I got several assurances I would be given updates and of course I was the one who had to call them five times.

I see complaints about quality of the work. Also consider not getting the items you ordered in time for your promotional event. Be wary of planning anything on their timelines.

It is a trap!

The printing on the mugs is merely stickers that wash off very soon. If you place them in the dishwasher, the logo will be gone within 2 months. If you wash by hand, the logo will be gone in 6 months. This company is offering a scam with a subpar product. DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT MUGS! I would have provided a picture but the mugs that I possess (the others were given for promotion), are just blank mugs with nothing on them.

Painted logos are not dishwasher safe - even on gentle cycles the logos wash right off. So now I spent $15 on pint glasses worth $2.

I just received an order of custom ball caps. The quality is horrendous which have rendered the product useless. I will update this review once the company has decided how to remedy the situation.
UPDATE: After sharing my grievances with DiscountMugs, they were able to apply a full credit toward my purchase. I am very satisfied with the company and hope to do more business with them in the near future.

Horrible...just Horrible...they advertise 2.55 flask 6oz. No funnel. I ordered 24 and got charged over 12.50 a piece...don't ever buy a thing from these people and their customer service is well below par...and if you want to ship them back you have to pay for it...stay away far away

I ordered mugs in 2021 and have washed them multiple times -- the imprint was into the mug and they have held up great. Just ordered 24 new mugs (and spent $414) and they came with a cheap sticker on them that was destroyed by my home dishwasher. Just horrible quality and they have no indication that they changed their process to use a sticker on the exact same mug. Customer Service has given me a run-around! They post no negative reviews on their website, so I can tell you they ignore all customer complaints! DO NOT SHOP HERE... a complete scam and cheap products (Feb 2023). They won't issue a full refund for their new cheap product! Why would they change from a great imprinted product to a cheap product?! Why don't they show any of their critical reviews?! Too many complaints here.

Two mugs on the left show the stickers peeling off the new cheap mug. The third mug shows a perfectly printed mug that has held up to 100 washes. DiscountMugs changed their process and now they offer CHEAP junk!

Amazing Quality

I received my order of 24 mugs today, complete with the image I uploaded for DiscountMugs to afix to each mug.
- Ordering Process: Easy and professional, including an opportunity for me to review several designs, and finally to approve a 'proof' image of my finished product.
- Packaging: The best I have seen from any supplier in many years.
- Quality of Mugs Received: Wow! The mugs are really beautiful, and exceptional quality.

My decision to purchase followed my review of a sample shipped to me at a very low price. From beginning to end, my experience on this order from DiscountMugs has been amazing. I am very, very satisfied. Unquestionably, their online chat capabilities played a key role.

I just ordered 6 polos for a client with simple artwork to be embroidered. I never received email a proof so their "online system" approved it after 24hrs. I never even received a notification that they had not received an approval. I just received the shirts and the main part of the artwork looks so bad you can hardly read the text. When I told them about the problem they said they could not fix it. Yet the text was a nice BOLD text and there's look like a skinny mess! I wish I could show everyone how bad it looked!

On top of this when DiscountMugs screws up all they want to do is give you a 6-month store credit instead of a refund. Then when you agree and they screw up on the next project they tell you "oh sorry we can't refund you because you used the store credit from the last project we screwed up!"

The sales rep pressured me to order more to "meet his monthly quota", Order placed well in advance, 2 weeks, they guaranteed a delivery date, and backed out of it. Ended up cancelling and going with another company. What a disaster of a combination of customer service/sleezy sales tactics/false claims.

BEWARE Print Quality POOR

BEWARE! I ordered mini footballs (stress balls) logo printed you can barely see the logo and the logo rubs off with your finger. Also, the proof sent is nothing like the printed product. Reached out to customer service and emailed with Harold Hidalgo who replied: "We have received final confirmation from our claims department indicating that your request for your claim has been declined as the order appears to have been processed correctly as per your approved proof and payment selections and an order reprocess will only yield the same results as the art processed on your order has reached the maximum imprint area as well as the best possible quality with the artwork provided. As discussed, you may refer to our terms and conditions of service regarding your claim approvals and reasons for decline here:" The footballs are horrible and were not acceptable. Terrible feeling to be told "too bad, we are taking your money and not replacing the product". I will NOT order from this company again, and we buy a lot of products.

This company is the WORST! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY LIE AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK. The offer "guaranteed" in hands dates and then dont fullfill. THEN DO NOTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. JUST SAY NO and save yourself the heartbreak.

Ordered 250 Koozies from them and about 30 are faded/look used and old. Another 20-30 are completely squished because my order came in 2 boxes and the 2nd box was not filling with any packaging support to allow a safe shipment. They just threw the other 75 in box and said "good enough"

Their customer service is literally the worst I've ever dealt with online and requested multiple pictures, then told me not good enough, and that I have to send more. After 2 go rounds, I'm going to lick my wounds and call it a day!

Ordered 250 koozies and thankfully only need about 180... they don't know that though and should have some level of quality control. About 30-40 are faded on the imprint and the others in question came totally crushed (not flattened, see pix)

This site is a total POS and would not recommend using it to anyone that cares about the outcome.

USE 4Imprint! The savings isn't worth it. I promise!

P.s. "Chrissy" was the rep I dealt with. Good luck with her and their "claims team"

Based on the other reviews here I should've known better but I was feeling... risky. Oops. Don't be like me. Gross customer service tactics including saying they "don't agree" with the customer... when things are clearly CRUSHED or MISPRINTED.

Horrible customer service. I order 20 shirts in full color, my proof was in full color. I received my shirts in 1 color. Customer service was going to re-print for me then I get an email from some lady named Whotyla Carole Aseron and she refused to re-print my shirts. But said she would give me a partial credit. So, I used the partial credit and ordered them again in full color. 2nd batch came in the same! She again said it's my fault I picked 1 color again which is 100% incorrect. I paid more than before for the same exact shirt and remember specifically clicking full color. So ridiculous, can't believe this site is in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM!

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. PayPal doesn't work on their website and when you talk to customer service they do absolutely nothing to help all they do is try to sell you faster shipping and repeatedly ask you to pay for your order with no way of actually doing it

Pray they don't screw up your design

Used them since 2014. Never a problem till now. The screwed up the size and location of a graphic. Not a small issues. Basically the small design on front of shirt intended for left breast area they blew up and made it the entire front of the shirt. They admit they screwed it up. My two choices:

1. Wait 4 months for the supposedly out of stock shirts to come in

Or

2. Accept $140 in store credit

I told them I will take the different shirts of equal or lesser value instead and they just ignored it

I'm guessing they want to wait out the time so you can't do a chargeback

Really bad service

Customer service is terrible. They blame you for their mistakes and refuse to deal with the situation, they made our print micro sized compared to the online proof I received, refuse to replace them they look terrible you can't even read them. These people are no good there are many other options out there, most on their website is just click bait anyways. Nothing ever in stock.

Their mugs are terrible, only mugs I ever had that got destroyed on the very first "light wash" in the dishwasher, would not recommend buying anything from this company, the other thing I notice is that all of their social media, no one is allowed to post anything, probably a reason for that. It would all be negative.
