Ordered 50 stemless wine glasses with company logo on them. This order was $400 for 50 glasses, not cheap. The logo come off after one wash. Beyond terrible quality. Im sure I missed some super small print that said "not for actually drinking wine". Will not order from them again needless to say and would caution everyone to go elsewhere to order their promotional items.

When we contacted them about this problem, they either dodged our calls or gave us a runaround. In the end, they offered us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. Mind you, this after spending a $20,000 order. Where did that money all go? POCKETED. They refused to do anything else for us after receiving our complaints over four times- what kind of customer service does this offer? Avoid at all costs! This company will take your money and run. This is the worst customer service that we have ever seen. We've been trying to get the wrong logo on our promotional mugs replaced for weeks now, and their response has always been "no." They offered us 108 replacement mugs but only $75 store credit when we spent up to $28k with them? What kind of company refuses to help someone that they owe so much money too?! This company's customer service really needs some improvement because it seems as though they refuse any responsibility or accountability in fixing mistakes! WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU WILL LIKELY GET ROBBED!
This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and it's not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end. THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP. Do not do business with them. THEY WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!
I never received my product and called in 4 times in the weeks after it was late. I placed an online customer service ticket. Each time I was told I would receive a response within 24 hours and never did. My product looks like it hasn't even gone into production. I will have to dispute charger and graduating students never received their end of the year gift.
Ordered 36 Champagne flutes for an event. The event has a date. Ordered them a month before. Received two boxes totaling 25,4 broken. Not even enough for the table. They promised multiple times they would overnight for the event. Then I get an email, too bad... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
I ordered 100 personalized mugs after reading "Highly Durable – This means your personalized ceramic mugs can be washed in a commercial kitchen and used frequently throughout the day." Note the word "personalized". By including the word "personalized that means the printing. Well... the printing on the mugs didn't even make it through one washing in a residential kitchen. Discountmugs.com has a page buried deep on their website... practically unfindable... that their mugs aren't dishwasher safe. Very underhanded. My rep could offer no remedy... and when I contacted customer care I didn't get a response.
I ordered Hoodies with my company logo. They incorrectly sized the logo and placed it in a different orientation to what was previewed. They must have gotten them from Forkin WHO Ville because the sizing is super small on Large on up. As for customer service they keep referring to my order of glasses? When i TRIED to get a refund or replacement order correctly sized and imprinted. I received NOTHING from these Scumbags!
This company is a joke! My delivery date was over a week ago, 12 out of 50 have arrived and "they can't find the rest of my order." The ones that I did receive are junk and I'm sure the label will wear off after a few washes. If you look closely all their products have 5 fabulous reviews. Unfortunately I only read their reviews and didn't do more research. Hopefully others will find this site before getting scammed.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE! I ordered 3 lip balm samples, they charged me $10 for shipping, ok, that isn't great, but I can handle it, especially if it is what I am looking for, for a future event. I received 1 balm, not 3 and it wasn't even the one that I ordered. I contacted the company and they gave me a credit on my account, which was fine, I would just re-order, right? NO! When I entered the promo code they gave me for my credit, the shipping jumped to $30.00... for 3 lip balms. This is a terrible company, they will rip you off and play games. DO NOT USE They will rip you off.
So, they tried to make it right, I reordered, and I received the wrong flavor, again. I give up, will not be using them again.
This website is not properly maintained in inventory, nor in management. I was double charged for a single $500 order. The selection available, despite being able to be charged for the specific item they promptly told me that half the production options are not actually available despite being available on their website inventory. Additionally ordered 3 day shipping the order, which was then delivered 2 weeks late with no tracking information provided. When asking customer service for tracking, they told me 3 different times they would email it to me, which never came and additionally lied about the location and shipping dates. Additionally when they double charged my business, they did this without my businesses input. This entire website is a pitiful business. Shop somewhere else, there is a reason they are a discount. They skimp on everything, literally.
When I asked why my order was going to be 15 days late, even though the tracking said it was to be delivered yesterday, I was told they are aware that the dates on their site are not showing correctly, but did not alert me at all. They then stated that if I wanted my order on a certain date I should have paid for guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery is going to be over a week late and I never received any communication about these delays until I called the company. Unacceptable customer service and lack of communication.
I ordered padded portfolios for our department. I sent in everything they needed and and prepaid almost $700. A day or two later I received an email asking me to approve my proof. So I clicked on the link and approved it. I get an email stating my product was in production. A week later I get another email asking me to re-send my artwork because they need a 300DPI image. No problem, I send it. I then get another email to approve my proof. I approve it. A week later, I get another email asking me to approve my proof... wait... how many times do I need to approve my proof? I send an email asking if there is a problem and I get a reply email stating my product is in production. A day or two later I get an invoice for someone else's account. I send an email telling them that they are sending me the wrong account info. They reply by referring to me as the wrong person and apologize. The same day I get another email from them wanting to approve my proof. Really? So I email the person that has been "helping" me. I ask her what the problem is; she dances around my questions. I never get a straight forward answer. Then I get another email requesting that I approve my proof. I tell the person this and she tells me that my product is in production and it takes 5-7 days and then two days to mail. I began this struggle with them on 11/03 and should have received by product on 11/20 by their calculations. But here we are on 12/09 and I get another email to approve my proof. I call the company and a girl answers the phone. She has the personality of a rock. She tells me that my product is currently in production. Well, then why was I asked to approve my proof again? She then proceeds to tell me to go ahead and approve the proof so they can start production. Wait, but you just said it was in production?!?!?!?! I told her to forget it and to cancel my order. She ask me if I'm sure because they can start on production as soon as I approve my proof... I'm supposed to get a refund with in 24 hours. We'll see how that goes.
Super disappointed with this company. I ordered these cute ornaments to decorate our company tree and to give out to our employees and family on a drive thru Christmas Party. They did not arrive when they said they would, I called and they said they would put a rush, and then they still did not arrive. Called again today and they said now the ornaments order has been placed on hold. I asked why and they said well you needed them on the 5th... do you still want them? They will arrive after Christmas. Started this whole process in early November and now we are stuck. Super disappointed... plus, I would not have even known they weren't going to arrive if I had not called them.
WOW... all I can say is wow! Their customer service is horrible! Just CANCELLED my order! Not going to deal with crappy service. There's SEVERAL other options out there.
Do not use this company. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise with them. Within the last six month, they have screwed up 5 orders and refused to do anything to correct them or make restitution. Essentially, their response is, 'We're sorry about that. What else can we sell you.'
-Sizes of clothing items are not correct.
-Pay for expedited production and shipping and they call the day you are to receive them and tell you they will late and argue about refunding the expedited fee.
-You literally have to pitch a hissy fit to get a refund.
-They interface with PayPal... yet half the time the orders don't get submitted... but they will take your money. And then you have to go to PayPa to get a refund. DiscountMugs won't refund you.
Basically their customer service and quality control is abysmal.
I ordered some facemasks with an imprint on them and it was not centered. When you wear the mask the imprint is off to the side. Also the masks were child size at best. Your ears would bend forward if you try to put the loops over both ears. Stay away from this scam factory. Travis Rogers you can suck a $#*!.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DISCOUNTMUGS! Placed an order over a month ago. You're supposed to see your order status by logging in. My delivery date came around and my items weren't even in production. I submitted a ticket to understand why this is the case. It wasn't until then I was told 3 of the shirt sizes were unavailable. So we exchanged for a different style. 3.5 weeks and 6 representatives later I still don't have my order and have no understanding what the hold up is. These shirts were for my racing team who has only 3 nights of racing left, 2 nights being this week. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and their lack of communication. All but one representative brushed me off and ignored following up with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM DISCOUNTMUGS!
One star is too damn good. There should be negative stars given. They were recommended by a friend who said their turnaround time was pretty quick. We were planning a wedding for August 25th. Was told three times the order would be delivered by the 20th of August. The ordered didn't even go into production until the 22nd of August yet no communication whatsoever. NONE. We contacted on the 23rd no reply until the morning of the 24th of August saying, "blah blah blah we can get it ship on the 12th of September." This after being assured our order would be DELIVERED by the 20th of August. My daughter is very upset at this VERY UNPROFESSIONALISM. I CANNOT RECOMMEND.
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
