My order was supposed to be delivered between August 7 and 8th. No contact about any delays or issues from them. It did not arrive until the 18th and the screen printing on the masks is poor at best. First time using them, will never use them again.
More than 4 weeks and we still don't have our simple order. Web site promised 2 weeks. Information from them vague and late. Would not recommend buying from them, especially if you are a seasonal business.
I had ordered face masks for the entire company, they promised me the masks in July...(I had ordered them in May)
I paid for them and as July was approaching there was no follow up, no tracking numbers... nothing... customer service told me that the masks had been printed and they were waiting for them to be shipped... they lied... eventually (this week) they offered me a full refund... and i took it!
This company said they could meet my shipping time and then after wasting 5-days of having my order, called to say there would be a delay messing up my entire event. Don't get sucked in to their"shipping" guarantees. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL!
I ordered 15 custom printed t-shirts on June 29,20. The order confirmation estimated delivery on July 7 to 8. Today is July 30 and they HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I contacted customer service SEVERAL TIMES via phone and email. Every time they will say "they are going to check with production" but will never return the call. I was tired of this and insisted on knowing the status of the order on July 21. On July 22 Jerome Gruba from Customer Service said the order was "shipped" and sent me a FedEx tracking number. However, there are NO SCANS associated with this tracking number, and FedEx told me that means the shipping label was created but the order was NOT shipped. So more than a month later, I don't have the order and I am still getting the run-around. I am feeling I got scammed and plan to report this to my credit card company as fraud.
We ordered mugs for a trade show. We understood the only limitation was not to machine wash. We used them for about two weeks and handwashed every time, the logo which is basically a superficial sticker started to fall off. We contacted customer service, we emailed them 4-5 times and they never responded. Called twice and indicated they would review our claim and contact us. Its been almost two months since then and no answer. It is clear that they do not want to address the situation and fix the order. How do you hand out mugs whose logo doesn't last a few washes? What does it say about your company? Certainly this will not happen to us again.
I placed an order stating estimated arrival date is July 21-22. I then received an email stating my items were in production and still have the same arrival date. I check on the order on the 22nd, production has pushed my order back a week and I was NOT notified and my order will now arrive after my needed date! I can pay $250+ in shipping to expedite it now, but they will still arrive a week late.Not sure how that helps me. The guy who was "helping" me kept referring to our agreement of the 27-28 of which I have NOTHING stating those dates. I now have 500 can coolers arriving a week after my festival. I can not cancel my order either. I order every year and have never had an issue until now. Very disappointing especially when it is going to 90+ degrees this weekend!
Product was nothing like pictured. Wrong color and poor print quality. Customer service refused replacement or refund. Horrible business.
Ordered mugs came in wrong color I ordered dark blue and the came in black no big deal we all make mistakes but when I called to get it corrected and sent the email with the requested picture of 5 mugs they disappeared, no follow up no fixing the issue no response to email or ownership of the case when I called
Then upon closer review my logo on 9 mugs was spotted in the solid area of the logo. I recommend to use another vendor
We ordered 4 gallons of sanitizer. It came in a box placed in a plastic bag which was placed in another box. The inner box was completely soaked in the sanitizer with sanitizer pooling in the bag. When the inner box was opened, one of the lids was off and half of the gallon was empty.
Sent an email. No response. Created a ticket. No response. Sent email tonight. If still no response guess I will have to file a dispute.
Terrible customer service, but they can send you emails right away checking to see if you are going to need more and others at least every few days trying to sell you other stuff.
Order placed for a non-custom item 3 weeks ago. Repeated assurances that it would be shipped. So far hasn't left the warehouse if it was even there in the first place.
The first order I received had not gone through the curing process and the imprint washed off all of the glasses, both in the dishwasher and when washed by hand. I had to contact customer service a total of six times to find out they were going to remake my order for free, which they did. The second order I received was fine, but the poor customer service will likely cause me to never order from this place again. One time when I called, after being hung up on twice already that day, a woman answered accidentally and I was treated to her cursing at her kids at the top of her lungs. Not good, discountmugs.com. Not good.
Made sunglasses, proof looked good, received the products and the logo looked much smaller then the proof, print was blurry and could not read writing. Was told AFTER I got the product that it was not a good design to use... you would think that a company that specializes in custom products would give a warning or something that your design may not come out the way you expect. Tried to work out a solution to the problem but they would do nothing then I finally got an in store credit. A 25$ in store credit does just about nothing when a setup fee for any product is 50+ dollars.
I do not see myself buying from them in the future.
We purchased mugs to give to our clients as gifts. Our staff kept some for personal use but noticed that the logos washed off in the dishwasher. We asked Discount Mugs to replace our order with mugs that could survive routine washing in the dishwasher. They only offered to replace defective mugs that we could send photographs of. It's impractical for us to ask our clients if our logo washed off, request that they send photos, wait for replacements, and then redistribute them to clients. And we don't want to give out any more of these mugs as gifts knowing that they are defective. Instead, these will have to go to the dumpster. Lesson learned to check online reviews before ordering logo merchandise.

My order was produced incorrectly - so I sent a note to them via their website, after one week no one had replied. Next I called them, and they refused to take any responsibility for any issues with the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the response was that "nobody is really around". Unbelievable that a company can have such horrible customer service. There's enough other vendors out there that do this type of work that you should take your business else where.
Ordered an item for an event tomorrow. Paid to expedite the order so it would arrive today. The item was not available and NO ONE from this company contacted me to let me know this. I had to call to find out where my order was. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not ever give this company your business.
Shorted almost 30% on a 1000 piece order. Their replacement offer was slower production than the original, canceled. Don't trust them.
Please read before using them for your important event. My event was scheduled for a Friday. I ordered 60 pieces to be delivered in plenty of time. When I hit check out - the delivery date bumped up to my event date. I was concerned, so I contacted customer service. "Everything will be fine, don't worry" was their reply. After not being notified for a few more days, I contacted them again. No one could answer my questions, no one could assure me my order would arrive in time. I did not speak to the same person twice. I called and chatted MULTIPLE times, always getting the same lame response.
I was finally emailed on Thursday (day before event) to notify me that my order would not make it time for Friday. Not even enough time to make other arrangements.
Had they told me they were out of what I had ordered, no problem, I would have picked something else. Had they been honest with me - I would not be so angry.
Bottom line - if you are able to change your important event date, go ahead and order from them. If you can't, avoid this company like the plague! I will never personally use them again, nor will any organization that I am affiliated with.
They screwed up my order and refused to send new product before my event- leaving me without awards! Tried to to contact them for a week! They did not return calls and emails as promised! DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR EVENT!
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
