I was first told that my order would arrive between a given date range of seven days, with the earliest possibility being nine days after my initial order. Days later, I was then informed that my order would be delayed by seven days after the upperbound of the initial date range. Still later, I was then told that my order would be delayed a further seven days after the six days, meaning that my order was delayed by 13 days total. Although my order did finally arrive, I would definitely not recommend using this company if you need to get your order in a timely fashion. Expect delays.
Overall the experience was excellent. The design process that I chose went well and I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. E-mail communication was excellent and prompt. The piece was a thank you to my wife for her birthday and for taking care of me post surgery. She was very pleased and I could have not made a better purchase local. Highly recommend this company.
