I did some research while looking for an engagement ring and saw many folks recommending Diamondere for a stress-free, smooth experience. I thought their selection of rings, and diamonds was very good and diverse. After making my choice and selecting the ring + diamond combo, I made my purchase without expecting any surprises. Diamondere's first email after I made the order was unbelievably professional, caring, and covered every single thing I might have overlooked or didn't know while making the order. They let me know about the free engraving, different options with the material of the ring and how much upkeep the ring I bought would need based on the type of material. Once I responded to that email, that's when they started the whole process. To my surprise, I received a second email, notifying me that the diamond I had picked for the ring was sold before they purchased it. Even more surprising was their transparent, professional and incredible way of making things right. In the same email, they informed me that they had reserved the same shape and size of diamond but an upgraded version (all of the ratings of the characteristics of the diamond were upgraded), and even though that would cost them more than what I had purchased, they just required a confirmation from me to finish the purchase and start building the ring. I was astonished by how they dealt with the whole situation. Once I saw the diamond and read the email, it was beyond easy to give them my go-ahead. Even though there was a little disruption with the diamond situation, the completion of the ring and ETA of the product never changed. I paid expedited shipping and the ring arrived earlier than I expected. It was packaged superbly well and the whole presentation of the boxes protecting the ring and its content was beautiful. So, with all of that said, I can confidently recommend you give Diamondere your business because they are beyond professional and capable!

Experience was great other than the delivery process. I was sent the wrong tracking number for UPS by Diamondere and when I tried to track it, UPS told me the deliver address didn't match the address I gave them, which caused quite a bit of consternation as you can imagine. Eventually, I was given the correct tracking number by Diamondere but not without multiple unanswered calls and emails.
