I recently purchased the Jamie VVS Diamond Men's Ring in Platinum from Diamondere, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. The craftsmanship is top-tier — sleek, bold, and exactly what I was hoping for. The VVS diamond sparkles like crazy in the platinum setting, giving it a clean, luxurious look without being over the top.

It fits perfectly and feels incredibly solid and comfortable on my hand. You can tell right away this isn't some mass-produced piece — it's quality through and through.

Shipping was on time, packaging was premium, and customer service was responsive and professional throughout.

I purchased a ring that fell apart and paid to have it "fixed" by your company. When it returned it looked good and I was assured it had been checked by the Jeweler. It then fell apart again. When I shared that I would be giving negative feedback it was offered to be remade at no charge and it looks great. I hope it is still real stones as a local jeweler will confirm. If the stones are actual stones then my reviews will be greatly positive. The only thing I wish is that I did not have to get upset and this is how I was treated in the first place. It was only an $800 ring and it was going to cost me $120 the first time until I got upset and it was changed to $60.

I recently ordered a diamond engagement ring and the service throughout was excellent. The diamond I had chosen was unfortunately sold before they could source it from the dealer but they sourced a better diamond with the same spec's I'd chosen - free of charge. I have ordered jewellery from Diamondere before and it was excellent quality but I was really blown away with the quality of the engagement ring. It met all my expectations and more. I'm based in the UK and shipping / delivery was a smooth process too.

Get out of the way, I have no complaints whatsoever with Diamondere or the product itself. My complaint is with the shipping partner UPS. Because there was a good chance I would not be home when the item was delivered, I requested UPS send it to a local UPS store and held for pick-up. I got tracking information that it was delivered there. I show up, they don't have it, but it might be there later. I show up after work, still no package. They send me to the distribution center. I spoke with someone there, and they had no record of my request to hold the package and told me that it was on the truck for delivery. But they will take it off the truck and hold it there. I show up the next day, nobody answers the phones. Tracking information says it was sent to the UPS store, UPS says it was on the truck for delivery to my home. I waited at home, no delivery. I called they distribution center, and they DID take it off the truck for me for pick up. So I went and got it.

Long story short, I was very unhappy with UPS, and would hope Diamondere consider different shipping partners in the future. Again, very happy with the product and Diamondere itself.
