I don't think the engraving turned out the way it looked on the website. If the reality is different than what is portrayed they should leave a disclaimer. Also in my case, it is off-centered. It seems like time and care wasn't taken with the engraving, which is a bit disappointing after spending so much money. However, I will say customer service has been good at responding.
It was easy to design and order the ring. It is of good quality. Four stars because the black gold doesn't look as black as it did in the pictures.

After already gotten the engagement ring from here, we ordered the wedding rings as well. When placing the order for the band I had requested a size 4 1/2 and Customer Service noted that I had actually gotten a size 4 engagement ring asking if I made a mistake. So they were able to fix it before it even was started. Little details like this shows they really give every order the care it deserves.

I started with browsing the catalog until I came across a beautiful necklace with my wife's and mine birth stones on display in a beautiful fashion. I customized it to my liking hoping my wife would love it. After my initial selection I that it would be amazing to have some engraving done. Asked of it could be done and yes it could. Inwas emailed quickly in response to my inquiry. I was even show what it would look like before proceeding. I loved what I saw and hoped my wife would as well. I ordered the ring, based on the description and measurements on the site. While the actual ring is beautifully made it is quite diminutive; it looks like something sized for a young child, not an adult. IMO the reality does not match the pictures of the ring on the model. I returned it.

Bad return policy. Pretty pricey for sterling silver earrings. I had purchased rings which had a tag attached and after removing tag they were not returnable. But could be exchanged
My experience was easy and simple. I was kept well informed through out the entire process at no point was I flying blind. There seemed to be an issue on their end sending emails saying they were bouncing back. And contacted me with a phone call to verify my email and I told them I wasn't sure what was wrong because had been receiving each of their emails. The diamond I had selected for the ring wasn't available and with out hesitation my diamond was upgraded at no extra charge was sent an email to confirm making sure I would be okay with that. The ring arrived on time as promised. Really liked the fact that the package had to be signed for to ensure I received it. And also really liked the fact that they take the extra step to ensure they aren't getting scammed and also ensuring the customer is not being scammed. Ring looks amazing just as the picture. Everything is exactly as it should be. Overall very happy and beyond pleased with my purchase and experience thank you all so much can't wait to propose to my girlfriend with it.
