A very pleasant experience overall. Buying the ring was easy, with a fair number of choices once I locked in the main stone. Customer service was great, i sent an email about getting the ring resized and they were very quick to respond and complete the resizing. Quality of the resizing was great, i can recommend sending it back to diamondere rather than going to a local place. Thanks!

I love my engagement ring. It represents him(emerald) and I(diamond). He is with me all the time. The people at Diamondere were so kind and patient with us. My now Husband searched for what he wanted and this was it. I get complements on the beauty all the time.
My Girlfriend absolutely loves her ring. She hasn't taken it off since I surprised her with it. I changed the pink stones to pink sapphires and replaced the diamonds with green sapphires halfway then ran pink down the sides.. Then, I complimented it with matching bands of green sapphires. The only thing is one of the bands didn't quite match the contour of the ring and I wanted to send it back but the Girlfriend wouldn't let me. Gives the ring character she said. She loves it...and all.

My Fianc wanted a Blue Topaz center stone engagement ring, as opposed to a traditional diamond ring. Most blue topaz rings are just too simple looking to me. They look more like promise rings than actual wedding rings. I found this ring on Diamondere and it just popped elegance to me. When I gave it to her she was blown away. She owns a wedding business and sees rings left and right. She could not believe how the blue topaz just popped and loved how the diamonds were everywhere on this ring. Could not believe they wrapped diamonds all the away around this thing. They make a wedding band that matches this style and I plan to buy this next. I think we might even get a band above and below this ring to really lock it into place and to really make it pop. I could not be happier with my purchase. Fianc is so happy!

The ring is amazing and my fianc loves it! The customer service was nice and helpful from Cherie. I received the ring very quickly after ordering it and it looks identical to the ring on the selling page. Overall happy! Only thing i did not like is that the engraving on black gold does not show. Luckily I didnt pay for it. Also, the ring was smaller than I had expected, so be prepared that it may not be the exact size your are envisioning from the web page. Not real complaints, just warnings. Wish it would have been bigger or at the very least the engraving was visible. But she loves it and I love her.
After being disappointed in the first ring I received they did all they could to give me what I wanted. The ring I have now is beautiful and I love it! The fact that I wasnt satisfied with the first one is the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5. If I were only rating customer service I would have given a 5. They truly went above and beyond to make me happy.
