Earrings to wear everyday was a must. I found beautiful black diamond earrings in rose gold and customized them with screw backs. Upon ordering, Cherie reached out to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and why. The earrings were shipped and then I received a delay notice from UPS. I reached out to Cherie. She kindly researched and assured me that a boutique carrier had them for delivery. I received the earrings the next day and love them. We are an active sports family so they will only come out for cleanings.

I just retired, celebrated 30 years of marriage and my children have successfully flown the coop.

Earlier this week, my Evita ring arrived and it is GORGEOUS! My husband ordered the ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. He selected the ring be made with emerald stones set in a platinum band. I rarely write any reviews for products I receive but, I felt compelled to write of our experience with Diamondere for several reasons of which I will cite below.
#1 WORKMANSHIP: The ring's workmanship is exceptional. This is a very high quality and beautiful ring. The stones are a beautiful color and engraving (free) offers even more of a personal touch if you are looking to purchase a ring for someone dear.
#2 COMMUNICATION: It is bar none! Cheri is amazing and really cares and wants to get the customer's piece right. When my husband ordered the ring, for some reason the inscription part did not come through on the online order. Cheri reached out to him to verify that the ring was to be without an inscription as she noted it was free. It was only then my husband was alerted to the fact that perhaps he neglected to save the inscription or something just happened. The fact that Cheri took the time to follow up speaks volumes about the personal attention and customer service Diamondere provides. She was in constant communication with my husband when needed; for example, the ring delivery was going to be delayed and she sent an email apologizing and let him know of the delay.
#3 PEACE OF MIND: A major purchase like my ring or anything of significant value can be stressful when you're ordering online. You never know "who" is on the other end or if the reviews are even real. My husband has some health challenges and I mention this as I am very protective; I do not want him to experience any undue stress. My husband is also a very cautious person and so making this type of transaction online has the potential to be a bit unsettling for him. That first contact from Cheri put his mind at complete ease. This transaction was completely transparent, very pleasant and not stressful at all he told me.
In summary, Cheri and Diamondere offer top-notch customer service and QUALITY jewelry at more than a fair price. There are many unique pieces to choose from on their site and you can customize to your liking. Their artisans really do a fabulous job. I have gotten so many compliments on my new ring. The website is easy to navigate and they are very responsive to concerns and inquiries. I am recommending them to all my friends and family as well as to whoever is reading this review. AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about Diamondere, Cherie & the Artisans that create these beautiful pieces.
My fiancé searched for a sapphire engagement ring (as we're both September babies & blue sapphire is our birthstone). He found Diamondere & it is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! He also asked for engraving on the inside of the ring, which was beautifully written (and centered!). He told me of the great customer service as they corresponded frequently. When I came around to choosing my wedding band I searched online & finally thought of going to the place where my engagement ring came from. Their selection of sapphire wedding bands is vast & when I chose the one I loved, Cherie immediately messaged me & asked about the backstory to the band I chose so they could appreciate their craft even more! How awesome is that?! I sent her a picture of my engagement ring along with the band I chose & they got to work.
Due to Covid-19, all of our wedding plans were postponed, including the creation of my band. Cherie kept me updated on what progress there was, and I wasn't worried because I knew my band was in good hands. The band finally arrived yesterday and it is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!

Ordered an emerald necklace during the early stages of the Covid-19 outbreak, just before the lockdown. I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive the necklace but I stayed in contact with Cherie as we monitored the situation. I must say even during this difficult time Cherie was so responsive and reassuring. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Weeks later I finally received the necklace. Beautiful! Exactly what I ordered. Nice craftsmanship. Excellent quality stones. My girlfriend was ecstatic! I'm so impressed that I just placed an order for an engagement ring for my future wife! You won't go wrong with this company.

I cannot think of our Diamondere rings and the role that they have played in our happiness for my partner and I without strong emotions. The quality, the look, the feel and the design of our rings are amazing. The entire evolution with Diamondere was like buying a treasure from a dear friend who clearly loved the both of us so much that he or she created masterpieces specifically for our very special occasion. I have never had such an amazing online experience in my life. I could not imagine our ceremony without these perfect representations of our love and affection that we will share for the rest of our lives.

Diamondere went above and beyond to make our dreams possible and providing us with a high quality, unique engagement ring. I'm impressed with their honesty and feedback to make sure we received the best quality product for our needs. They were prompted to respond, we put together one of the custom designs, combining the stones and metal type. The ring is GORGEOUS, so many compliments on it. They even got the ring to us on time, which we didn't think was possible. I read so many reviews and did research on Diamondere before we ordered from them and the reviews are true; they have quality products and prompt feedback. I look forward to when I can order from them again.

Diamondere is amazing! I was very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from them! The customer service was incredible. I ordered the engagement ring back in August of 2018, then needed to get the companion wedding band in September of 2019.

I spoke with the same person, (Cherie) and she was amazing through and through. We had gotten the engagement ring resized at a local jeweler, and unfortunately, because of that, the companion piece didn't fit correctly. Diamondere offered to craft a new engagement ring so that it would match the companion wedding band piece.

Now, I am working with them to have the two bands fused, and again, the customer service and response have been amazing. Above and beyond, and they will absolutely have a customer for life. Any other jewelry my wife wants will definitely be coming from Diamondere!

I couldn't believe the level of customer service I was receiving! It can be a bit nerve wracking purchasing jewelry on line from a company you haven't worked with before, Cherie put me at ease with her very first email and continued to exceed my expectations throughout the process. Looking for a engagement ring that will fit my girlfriend unique taste, I was lucky to find Diamondere that had the will and ability to offer custom design that was just perfect!

I was in contact with Cherie and Anish, who were both very professional and friendly. There were 2-3 design cycles, they quickly made changes in the model fast according to my requests, I sensed that making the design "work" and to satisfy the customer was top priority.

I got all the necessary laboratory documentation and assurances I requested and a high quality stone.

Shipping the ring from the USA to Germany also went smooth.

To summarize - Great experience, and my girlfriend could not have been happier with the results.

My partner and I decided to get matching rings for our upcoming wedding. After a lot of research at local stores and online, we decided to go with Diamondere. Cherie contacted us within a couple of days of placing our order. She wanted to make sure it was not a mistake (we ordered two of the exact same rings since we're both women). She stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and when we received our rings, we were thrilled with the results. The rings were everything we hoped they would be and more! Beautiful craftsmanship and quality stones. We couldn't be happier with our choice and will definitely talk with Cherie next time we want to order an custom piece of jewelry!

If I could give them a 0, I would. I ordered a black gold with peridot engagement ring for my fiance (she wanted black gold) and when the ring showed up, it looked terrible. You can see in the pictures that the coating is just awful. To be fair, they did try to talk me out of getting black gold because of the difficulty with the coating, but they said this because of possible wear and tear, not simply poor craftmanship. After talking with another jeweler, we decided to go with someone else and then the fun began. Not only did they refuse to pay for the return shipping, they also asked for photographic proof of the contents of the box after it was shipped. Fortunately, the military taught me a little something about common sense and about shady people like the ones at diamondere. Not only did I photograph the contents, but I took a video as it was being packaged. Anyone thinking of going with them, do yourselves a favor and think twice. They have no quality control and obviously don't care about putting out poor work. I went with them because of all the positive reviews, but now I assume most are fake. When all was said and done, Cherie agreed to pay for the return shipping, but only after I said I was going to leave a bad review. Then she sent a string of emails playing the victim and insulted me. Very glad I took my business elsewhere.
