Not only is my husband's ring beautiful and well made but worth every penny. I am so impressed with this company I cant say enough. His ring was a little late and Cherie made it more that right. She was very personal and in constant contact with me through the whole process. For anyone who might have second thoughts, don't you won't regret it.

My fiance & I custom ordered the Mirilla ring & Zayn matching band. It is stunning & came out gorgeous. To be honest, I was nervous about ordering online, but it was so easy and I had a custom design! Cherie was in communication back & forth when needed. The only negative I can say is add an extra week to the estimated date of arrival. But trust me, it's worth that extra week!

This was a swift response from order to delivery and it was beautifully packaged with clear and professional certification details. I'm a little disappointed in the end result though - the ruby, though very lovely, is slightly smaller than advertised and the diamonds barely noticeable. However, it is still a lovely ring - just feel it isn't worth the price I paid for it.

Slow delivery. Company sent a message I never received probably because it went to my spam mail.

Upon placing my order, I received an email inviting a dialogue about my purchase - a very nice add to the buying experience. I wondered about some of my choices - wondered if the stone I ordered was big enough - when it arrived it was approximately. 3 carats over what I'd ordered - a welcome discretionary artistic change.
