Product didn't make it to me on time and it ended up screwing up my proposal plans. Would recommend busting your butts to get the product to the customer before the holiday next time it's supposed to be delivered on a holiday week as many people travel and have plans. Otherwise product was as pictured and expected and looks great. Appreciate that my expedite shipping was refunded, but doesn't fix proposal getting ruined.

Throughout the process of the ring being made, the maker stayed in touch with me and communicated with me about details, to be sure I was always in the know. Even when they informed me that my order may arrive a couple days later than expected (which is totally fine!), it showed up within the time originally stated! Ring arrived just as lovely as the website photo. Wonderful first experience purchasing fine jewelry.
