I got my ring in black gold with a lab grown diamond. It is absolutely beautiful! I am inlove with my ring. The whole experience was great :)
I ordered the wrong size ring. The customer service was fabulous, the correspondence was quick easy and they worked fast to get my replacement! Very excited for the wedding and him to see his ring!
Delivery was a bit obscure, but everything arrived
I paid an extra $45 to have the engagement ring delivered by the time I needed it and it arrived five days late after talking to someone who works there to work on the issue of why it wasn't sent in the mail by the time it should've been shipped they told me it would be shipped that night. It did not get shipped until two days later, I will never order from this company again. I needed this ring by a certain day and I was assured at the time I ordered it would be here on time. There was no reimbursement for me paying the extra shipping that I shouldn't have had to have paid because it showed up at the same date it would have if I wouldn't have paid for the express shipping. I also sent many emails to the artist who was making the ring, and they never replied. I also left voicemails with the company and after the third day, they finally answered the phone after me calling. Never returned a voicemail or email. The ring is very nice, but as far as customer service and their integrity and honesty as to what they say they will do, I wouldn't trust it.

I ordered a ring with a promised delivery date. They missed the date because they were not happy how the ring was shaping up and promised to remake the ring and deliver it 5 days later. Again the new date was missed and so I requested to cancel my order and refund my payment. Cherie responded within a day and explained that there had been a shipping SNAFU and that the ring was on the way. As a result of the problems and missed dates they refunded 50% and apologized for the delay. I noted that the ring arrived and the quality was excellent and a 50% refund was too much. Cherie explained that the refund had already gone through and suggested that I donate to a charity of my choice to make the world a better place. I did just that! Customer satisfaction is very important to them and exceeded my expectations. Plus the ring was beautiful! Based on this experience I would order from them again.
The ring I ordered absolutely exceeded my expectations! The purple tourmaline gemstone is stunning beyond belief. My husband and I love it so much. It's a very, very high quality piece of jewelry, and I definitely will be a returning customer in the future.
