It came out perfect, It was a few days past the original complete time, but they were very good at keeping me in the light with what was going on any time there was a problem on their end. They told me they wouldn't settle for anything but perfection, and that's what they delivered. My advice for most of the bad reviews I have read, they plan the date to engage or book a flight to somewhere like a day after they say it'll be done. Give them a little extra time, it'll be worth it.

I was initially hesitant to spend what I did on an online jeweler. However after reading a number of positive reviews from various online sources I decided to go with them. I am very happy with my experience.
The website was easy to navigate and customize my order. Once placed I received a personalized email thanking me for my order and asking if it was for a special occassion. My wife's ring shipped promptly and even arrived a few days before schedule. The quality of the ring appears perfect and is exactly what it looked like online. They even add a personalized inscription for no extra charge which is pretty cool.
Overall I couldn't be happier with my experience and would absolutely recommend them to others.
The ring was even better looking in person than it was in the photos my girlfriend absolutely loved it and I couldn't be more happier. The only problem was that the shipping kept getting delayed but that was on fedex more than the ring maker
Customer service was very helpful and took an interest in the meaning behind my custom design. It was great seeing the steps my ring was going though from casting and gem selection to polishing, etc. It was a very seamless process all around.
It's a nice piece of jewelry made fairly fast. My only issue, otherwise would have 5 stars, is it claimed the jewelry was completely made and shipped about 5 days prior to it actually shipping.
My order arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted. The only reason for 4 stars is that the tracking wasn't updated and it showed the package wasn't shipped until right before it arrived. Otherwise, a great buying experience. Would buy again or recommend to anyone.
