I ordered a custom ring to propose with, and after I ordered, it showed up in a few weeks and looks amazing. Time will tell how it will hold up, but it seems to be high quality.

I was a little concerned ordering expensive jewelry on line but read reviews for Diamondere and since they were the only place that had the ring we wanted, I tried them. The communication was great and the ring arrived when promised and was perfect.

My experience was good overall. I love the customization options for the jewelry. The process was straight forward. You get updated on each stage of the items creation as it's made. I also love the fact that they offer engraving to personalize. Shipping was fast, but the tracking was a bit funky. Item showed up before I knew it had even been shipped. I will say that the pictures offered during the purchasing process seemed a little misleading. When the ring arrived it was a bit underwhelming compared to the preview pictures on the website. The gem stones do not look as big or stand out as much as the pictures suggest. All in all though, a beautiful piece of jewelry for a beautiful bride to be.

I had my doubts about ordering a ring online again after already buying a ring online from a different jewelry company.that didn't go well I sent it back got a refund!
