My rush order purchase was delayed so I was refunded for that. Upon ordering my ring they said I could have it left at a UPS location for pick up. Turned out that wasnt possible. The ring was then returned to shipper then sent back to me. Was about a week later then original delivery date.
They were very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. I will definitely be ordering from them again. The pieces I received are amazingly beautiful.

The rings are exactly what I was looking for and my partner loves them, shipping missed the mark. When setting up shipping I expressed I wanted it held for pickup as I would not be home to sign and was told that would be fine and they could do that. Then on the website the order status changed to delayed please reach out I did and was told everything was still on track. I reached out again as it got closer to the expected arrival date, as no tracking number was given, and was then given a tracking number and that it would still be arriving on time. It did show up on time however, they did not hold it for pickup and tried to deliver it. I call FedEx and was told they could not hold it as the shipper did not allow that as an option, so they could only keep trying for a signature each day or I had to come at end of the day to grab it before it went out on the truck the next day, 30 min window at the facility. I had to shuffle my work schedule to make sure I was available to go to FedEx before end of day. I was able to do this but if I wasn't promised the order would have been helped to begin with I would not have paid for the expedited as someone would be home for delivery during the normal window.
Highly communicative, prompt, and more than willing to accommodate whatever you may need. My fiancé and I are both elated with this purchase and experience. Thanks again, Diamondère crew!

We offer a complimentary certificate of authenticity from GIA if the design has 0.45 pointer diamond or above, else certificate comes from DGLA (DIAMOND & GEM LABORATORIES OF AMERICA). We do not offer appraisal services but most local jewelers can help you with this. I prefer if you use a GIA certified appraiser and usually our gemstone jewelry appraised for a minimum of 120% more than what customers pay us! I would ask for her when you order from them. I have been extremely happy with the quality and I assure you, I was a skeptic too because I like very good quality jewelry. Diana will walk you through the process and will be in touch with you every step of the way including showing you the stone before they put it in the piece of customized jewelry.
