Customer service is good but I won't say great...the ring is nice but MUCH smaller than I expected for the price. Almost embarrassed to give it to my wife but since I'm stuck with it, we'll see what she thinks.

I ordered a ring to propose to my girlfriend and the ring is perfect and all, but it got delayed twice. If it didn't got delayed twice this would be a 5 stars review. Highly recommend, just don't expect it to get to you on time.

I received the ring in time exactly as shown in picture and advertised in the website. Little disappointed when saw in certificate that Sapphire is enhanced, as I expected it untreated. Also, thought that black coating is permanent but they let me know after I placed the order that the black coating will eventually wear-off over a period. However I liked it as it is and special thanks to Cherie, who coordinated with my order and answered all my queries...Will do business again with them..
Ordering from Diamondere was an easy process. The jewelry arrived to my house on time and well packaged to protect it. They even invited me to share the meaning behind what I was purchasing so they could share in the joy of it while it was being created, which I thought was a nice touch. I would order from them again.
The ring is great. I love it. 3 stars because of the shipping experience. I can't blame them for all of it UPS did deliver it to the wrong address then continue to lose the package between facilities. However I did request that the ring would be sent to a pick-up location and it wasn't until I received the tracking information that I was informed it was getting delivered to my house. Which is frustrating since me and my partner work full time and are not there to receive packages.
