We were looking for unique wedding rings for him and found Diamondere. We found 'the one' and placed our order. Wasn't expecting follow-up emails but was glad to hear from them. Their concern for proper sizing since they actually custom make their rings was awesome. You don't find customer service like that anymore especially through mail order. They keep you updated on the building steps and then shipped it in a beautiful box (inside a basic UPS box) and required signature from me so secure delivery is a very important since my ring was not expensive but still don't wanna his ring to get lost. I'd definitely look here first before inquiring anywhere else. They've earned my trust! 🏆👏🏼

This business is a joke. They don't even have an office number. When you call *******065, which is the number posted on their webpage, you get a recording of someone constantly saying "hello." You can not select any options to be transferred to someone real. Stay away from these people.

Customer service is good but I won't say great...the ring is nice but MUCH smaller than I expected for the price. Almost embarrassed to give it to my wife but since I'm stuck with it, we'll see what she thinks.
