After a second stone fell out of my ring, I shipped it back and they determined it simply needed to be redone. It was done and shipped back to us.
Had a great experience! Have never purchased a ring before and after careful consideration of different sites and local Jewelers, I went with Diamondere. They were attentive with my questions. Don't fear the shipping process. The status section on your order may not update as you would like but someone does reach out to let you know about shipping and they provide a tracking number. I was also given the option to have the ring help at my local FedEx. Which was convenient since I live with the recipient. Lol. It was a beautiful ring, she loved it! I definitely recommend and no doubt will make future purchases from Diamondere.

The jewelry is beautiful and my girlfriend (now fiance) loves it, but immediately after ordering I get an email trying to convince me to change the ring material for an upcharge and the site later told me my order was delayed but after email customer service I was assured it would arrive on time and it did. The site never updated me on whether or not it was shipped either.
