Wrong items shipped constantly. It is too hard to return or dispute mistakes. I would say 50% of the time I get what I ordered on line. This last mistake was ordered a phone case and received a Micheal Kors wallet LOL which smelled so bad I had to throw it in the garbage. They are giving me a credit to use on my next purchase. There will be no next purchase.
When you order through this company, you take a huge risk of losing your money, not getting your orders, writing messages for months! You are charged for the full order when you place your order. You are promised you will be helped all along the way to make an easy, smooth, professional transaction. Getting to write a message to dhgate is not possible. The barriers on their site cant be broken. The individual company I bought from gave me every excuse they could think of, asked me to repeat information, couldnt find the order, blamed me, etc., etc. FINALLY I got s refund- - of the wrong amount. Now Im fighting for the remaining $10 credit due. If you must buy direct from China, use Amazon. You have a much better chance of getting merchandise, and of getting a credit when packaging is terrible (which is pretty standard with China), or you dont get product. Dhgate is terrible. I will never look again on their site. Save yourself!

I received the products, even after requesting the cancellation of the order, I did not have the refund and when checking the products, they are false and damaged (do not work), when contacting the seller, the same refused to reimburse and accept the returned items and also reimburse the freight.

I filed a few complaints on Dhgate about thieves using their platform. Dhgate doesn't do anything against thieves. What dhgate do is make the thief to pay a fee for breaking their policies. Then the thief share (pay the fee) the stealing money with Dhgate and the thief receive green light from dhgate to continue ripping off customer. Everything is ok for dhgate after they received the share part of the stealing money. Now you know how dhgate make 140 million since opening in 2004. Dhgate love thieves and protect them.

My experience with DHgate was the worse online experience I have ever had! I seriously would rather be robbed at gun point then to EVER have to deal with this fraudulent company again! At least an armed robber is being honest about their intentions! DHgate, however lies to your face repeatedly! From their bogus return policy to their money back guarantee! They agree with you through emails on a return price then actually return a fraction of that! Then they close your case and ignore your emails!
And the dress! The dress I bought was a horrific knock off that didnt even resemble the pictured dress!
DHgate AND the sellers are knowingly, deliberately scamming unsuspecting customers, hiding behind lies that you can get your money back.

These people have no shame in taking your money and giving you rubbish. They make their millions from well planned and executed rip-offs. If you buy from China expect to get cheated. If you don't get cheated you are one of the very lucky few. They do send some people what they ask for to get good reviews, but these are usually low value orders. If your order is of high value there is a good chance you will be very disappointed with what you receive.

This site is just like most online retailers, Amazon, Zappos, Touch of Modern, Gaffos, Real Real and many others, that sell fake items. This site still has the Tri Noosa 9 triathlon athletic shoes by Asics. It makes you wonder as this particular model has been discontinued for a few years now. I was looking for the latest version, the Tri Noosa 11. So I googled it and surprisingly, I stumbled upon this site. I have had my Tri Noosa 9 for a few years now and I like it very much that I thought of ordering another one in a different color. But again, this model has been discontinued for almost three years now. None of the big retailers have this discontinued model and it is very unlikely that a bunch of these shoes just magically appeared out of nowhere. Or perhaps, a huge shipment ended up missing and eventually turned up after a few years. That is also very unlikely. This site is based in China and only idiots will order from this company. Unless you like counterfeit products, dont waste your time on this site.

THey are the worse in every way possible! I will never buy from them if they were the only place in the world to buy from. If you do purchase an item pray to God it looks like the picture, you could forget getting a refund!... the material is very poor and the sizing is ridiculous. I've been back and fort with time for 3 weeks now trying to get my money back. They keep asking me to send measurements to them so that I can prove I ordered the wrong size. Who cares... its not only the size it's also the poorly made dress with very cheap material.

My experience in dealing with customer service at DHgate is that they don't really try to help you when it comes to disputing with the seller. It's like they leave it to you to handle it, which is fine with me in other cases. However, when dealing with international transactions, it's very difficult. There are miscommunication between parties and laws are different on either side. I just wish they cared more about their customers.
As for the seller "owndreamshop" sent me a product that was not as described. The material specifically said chiffon and they sent me a dress that was all tulle. The beading was not the right type of beads, the color was all off. I sent in measurements for my custom made dress and the size was off as well. While in communication with the seller, they would make mean comments, which was very unprofessional. What can I expect right? They're from China and their culture is different from mine. Obviously they don't care what customers think of them and they will knowingly give you products that looks nothing like the picture described. It's that type of business.
I spent over $100 on shipping only to have it sent back to me because the seller didn't want to pay the tax and duties placed on the package at customs. That came out of my own pocket and I didn't even get a full refund of the item. I was force to come with an agreement that only gave me a partial refund. Apparently, the seller wanted me to use USPS only, which was not clearly stated.
I will never use DHgate again. You live and you learn. The pictures shown are very beautiful but they are deceiving. The sellers will make you think that they are capable of such masterpiece but in reality it is horribly made with cheap materials.

I bought an item and i will give them this they ship fast. I got my item within the week however i noticed several defects which made it unusable. Rather than open a return case i tried contacting the seller who after several back and forths didnt really help. I opened a return case for a return and full refund as is within my rights and basically this got rejected by the seller. They told me i would get little over half refunded and i would have to pay for shipping. Essentially i would get no money back after doing this. Another issue is because of the 1000kb limit for evidence i wasnt actually able to upload the numerous pictures and videos i took. Im sorry but 1000kb is archaic, 10mb would be more reasonable. Seller was quite rude and basically told me its my problem now. Never buying from there again

Returned merchandise that was falsely advertised by seller Stronga and was told that I would receive a refund. It cost me$35.00 to return express airmail which they refused to cover. The item I ordered was not correctly filled either in size or color, and arrived AFTER the event I needed it for. The cost of the item was $115 including shipping, but to return it and get a refund would cost more than $220. (And they know this). They will not negotiate. Don't bother. You will likely not get what you want, and then be STUCK with it. It's a scam operation.

I purchased a dress from unique wedding totally not like picture. The dress had strings hanging wrong color beads falling off the dress just a nightmare. They kept telling me pictures I supplied was not enough which lead to seller keeping my money. Do not use this platform to shop go somewhere where they care about quality.
I don't know where to start. I have been battling this company for over 2 months now. Sense then they have changed their refund rules ans selling off their imitation name brand stuff. I even had the sellers tell me for a fact that they sell "high quality Name Brand Imitation Stuff". She said you should know, it's marked in red. Before I discovered it was imitation I had already spent $2700. 00+ with them! Call you US ATTORNEY GENERALS office to file a complaint + US CUSTOMS to let them know what they are shipping to the United States. I think I'm going to get a lawyer to recover all my hardships that they put me through. Keep files. Don't delete nothing from DHGATE. Go back and print out all the information, letters to you and everything to start building your file. Print out your order because things have a way of disapearing on your order page, Don't forget to print your dispute page. And lastly, call your bank. Write Kylie and others that you got so called cosmetics from. You will need a letter from the companies for the bank. My bank told me that I was not responsible for false imitation products. I have gotten all the refunds I can get from them so now I have sent my file to the bank for further investigation. Get the sellers to start talking about their imitation cosmetics. They will talk. Print it out! Piss them off, they hate bad reviews! They will beg you to change it. As you can see I have done my homework over the last 2 months. Been through he++ & back but I'm getting somewhere. First thing you do is contact customer service on the imitation products you got. You will need these letters for your bank, US CUSTOMS & US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE! NOW GET TO WORK!
