After 2 months of waiting with an invalid tracking code and the total lack of communication with the seller I had to contact DHgate whose company is not easy to have a semi-automatic answer and without a solution.

I am totally upset now with dhgate, i am a regular customer on their site. I purchased my items from them. Now i made a mistake, because i gave instant positive rating to a seller without inspecting the goods. I opened the box and i saw there are Sublime de Chanel mascaras in that. Those were absolutely different from the original, the item's size was 10g on it, during the original one is 6g... so after i noticed these items are absolutely knock off and were different from the seller's listing... Dhgate has an "after sale dispute option" which does not work in my case. Representative just ignored my valid pictures and said those are insufficient without any reason and closed the case and released the payment to seller. Now i have fake Chanel items and i cannot sell it cause these are counterfeits. Seller id: king2028 with only 90.9 positive rating. I would like to get back my money for this order or i will complain further to Chanel and i will seek the brand's owner and my credit card company for chargeback!

I ordered 150 cartridges for use in vaporizing pens, the product was advertised as a Ccell product using all the terms to describe a legitimate Smoore Ccell product, in reality, this is a counterfeit or cloned product with a description leading the customers to believe they are authentic when they are not.
I attempted to use ten of the cartridges over the course of a week, all but one leaked from either the mouthpiece or the threaded battery attachment. Since I take care of my customers, I had to replace all the poorly constructed cartridges bought on DHgate, sold by Shenzhen7. My loss was $160.50 for the cartridges, plus $250 in the product that was lost in the faulty and poorly made cartridges.
What did DHgate do when I contacted, asking to return the cartridges? Basically nothing of any meaningful value. They gave me a $30 credit, no explanation of returning the product for a full refund. The vendor "shenzhen7" attempt to argue with me, telling me to test more cartridges, then proceed to send me a picture of ten cartridges with some unknown liquid inside them saying none of those leaked so I must be full of $#*!. Not to mention the cartridges sent to me smelled of machine oil, not the most appealing for something you place on your lips and breath through. Crazy.
Had these cartridges worked, had I been treated better, I would've purchased several thousand of these. Pure junk!

I would NEVER recommend DHgate. I ordered 100pcs of shirts. The shirt material and fabric were cheap, can't even sell it for a single dollar. I reach the CS and talked about my complaint and the level of service that I received was horrible. The cs once said that they coyld not give update because the seller is not responding on their messages.? Main host and can't get any answer from the seller? Not to mention there is a communication barrier. Worst worst worst- STAY AWAY from this site!

I am responding to the false customer service response - total lies! I have responded to every email and sent emails to customer service and they have failed to respond. After I received the message about the refund of $16, I sent an email stating that I want a full refund, explaining and attaching photos. I have been in constant communication and have received unsatisfactory customer service. Due to wrong item color being shipped, lack of communication, poor service and false advertisement I asked for a full refund. I have yet to receive a response to my messages. DHgate is not to be trusted or referred - stay away from this company and their website!

In my opinion, I would NEVER recommend DHgate. I ordered a bridal party matron of honor dress in lilac. The color I received was pink. The dress material and fabric were cheap. Stay away from this company if you don't want to loose your money and your sanity as to try and deal with DH Gate is a nightmare. It is impossible to contact them directly they hide behind all kind of blockages and there customer support is non existent.
They have a so called chat line and every time you try the chat line it freezes on purpose and sends you to a non existing site.
When you have a problem they direct you to the seller whose email alert is always out of order and when you try to get back to DG Gate they tell you they cannot contact the seller before 5 days? And then nothing is resolved, wave your money good by

I ordered somerging 25 days ago and have not gotten it yet. I know this is coming from Asia and the website says it will be delivered within 7-30 days so I'm ok with that. What I'm not ok with is that there is absolutely no tracking information and I have texted and emailed both the website and he seller many times and no one will get back to me. That is unacceptable! I read all the negative comments and feel the exact same way., you can not trust DH GATE they have terrible customer service in the occurrence of a problem they make it difficult to return products although the seller is at fault they offer rouge solutions and are unable to solve issues I had an issue with a seller giving me a promised date and I never received the item I contacted the seller no response contacted DH Gate and they were horrible recently spoke with someone who ended the chat in the middle of our conversation I see all these good reviews but trust me whats worst than the sellers on DH GATE is their customer service definitely sticking to amazon I dont recommend they allow sellers to get over on you! I am not surprised that Dhgate would respond with more lies, even on a platform like this, it is how they make a living. I never agreed to anything. Dhgate will not send you a return label, they expect you to spend more money to ship back to their fraudulent sellers who eventually claim they never received the goods. Of course I am not so stupid as to repeat thesame mistake of trusting them a second time. Also, I have long discarded the item for risk of potential health hazards ( Who knows how deep their lies run). The last response I got from Dhgate after a month of opening disputing is the threat of releasing the funds to the seller by 22 of may 2018 Belgin time. Which is quite convenient for Dhgate, because they receive 20% of the sale price. Buyers, I cannot warn you enough. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

The sellers lie: Items arrive not as described.
Dhgate won't help you get your money back. They tell you to summit evidence, then they tell you your evidence is invalid. They ask that I spend additional funds($93) to ship goods back to seller for a refund, but I should note that goods can be seized by customs and in that case, I will lose both the additional shipping charges and the refund. They also tell me my best option is to keep the trash I paid $222 for and accept a $30 refund. I have just thrown away the item and accepted my loss.
Horrible, horrible experience, believe me.

Thought Id try dhgate seemed like an ok site, I purchased a 10 necklace set and had to wait 3 months to receive them which I kinda understood since I live in the Caribbean. N lo n behold the next set was missing 2 necklaces 2 pendants A bit annoyed I contacted dhgate only to be told that I received all n to check the bag again. Now I understand missing pieces happening once but both orders back to back? That is sooo messed up, I spent my hard earned money only to be conned. At least thats what it feels like. I mean who ever puts the orders together had to know the package was short. All they keep telling me is check the bag, check the bag but I opened both packages at the post office in front of the officer who counted along with me n saw the contents were not complete. Annoyed n disappointed but still cant be bothered, couldve been worse better some than none at all I guess. Not purchasing from DHGATE ever again.
