Was very disappointed in the dresses I ordered. They were extremely poor quality and smelled of formaltatye. I wanted to return them and could not get the procedure for doing so, so I will need to cancel the orders on my credit card to avoid the charges.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of my fairings for my Honda CBR 1000 and plan on ordering another set her shortly to keep on hand. The price was great and work good---had one little imperfection---but at the price I can live with that. Turn around time was also good, after my payment was received my shipment was received at my home within exactly 21 days.

5 plus stars on this order #*******

Had a problem with the seller and opened a dispute. But dhgate.com did nothing to resolve the problem, other than sending me a couple emails. So, i had to keep the product that i didn't want and wasted a lot of money. Never buying from dhgate.com again.

Comparing to other sourcing sites DHGate has customer service, which makes DHGate my preferable source. I would love to see larger variety of products and product reviews on DHGate and I hope that will be improved.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Seller lied and sold me a fake phone. I was able to prove that it was a fake phone and was asked by DHGate to return the phone to the seller to get a full refund. I shipped the phone back a couple of weeks ago and have still not heard anything. I have no phone and no refund.

I was promised a refund from DHGate for the return shipping and a full refund for the phone. I do not expect to receive anything at this point. Next step will have to be to contact VISA, give them proof of fraudulent activity and get them to do a chargeback.

If DHGate decides to enforce their "buyer protection" and actually help their buyers instead of their scamming sellers I would be very happy and able to leave a more positive review-

Even though I never received my package from the seller, DHgate released the $60+ payment to the seller and told me to just try and "deal with it myself" without even providing me with the information I'd need to file a shipping claim through USPS. Horrible customer service, and I won't be doing business again.

You advertise 7-12 days on most of your sellers. It really takes 30+ days. This s misleading. It gives the customer a false delivery date. This has made me not order from your website. If you had true days to delivery, I would order more. I don't like to be lied to about delivery.

Would NOT use DHGATE ever again. The purchase that I have made did not match the description at all! The name on the jersey was spelled wrong. I have ask for my money back on the jerseys and only got a partial refund which til this day I have not gotten back!

My order never arrived. When I looked up why, my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I was also never contacted to let know that my order was cancelled.

This is the worst company online.

I'm only giving 1 star because they make you click at least one star.

When i spoke directly with Dh Gate employees they were very helpful, however the seller for my order bob-seller, didnt deliver my goods claiming they got lost at the post office, and then refused to send a replacement, so i was forced to shop elsewhere.

Ordered a phone, was given a fake DHL tracking number, still have not received. I will pursue this with the Bejjing police force, I have no choice. This is utter FRAUD! In America you guys would got $#*!ed up! Watch what happens!

Ordered 2 iPhones from DHgate.com They sent the iPhones but after 2 days one of the iPhones would not charge! It took me 4 tries to get anyone to respond about my problem. Their customer service is absolutely useless. I don't think you can even call it customer service. THIS SITE IS OPERATED BY SCAM SELLERS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER!
I finally was able to get ahold of a site administration manager, located in the UK, his name was Bryce Powell, But he stopped responding to my messages and my emails!
I got in touch with another site administration manager by contacting DHgate on their FB page, they connected me with Michael Douthat, located in the USA.
After exchanging 3 emails with Michael Douthat, he stopped responding to my inquiries as well!
49 days and STILL no adequate response. AND I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYMORE SITE ADMINISTRATION MANAGERS.
This site sucks, I will never shop at DHgate.com EVER AGAIN. Liars and Scammers!

I ordered light pink boots with white details (as seen on the photos and written on the title of the post) for more than $100. I received the package 3 weeks later and opened the box to dark purple shoes with black detail. I messaged the seller and the website and I got the most ridiculous excuses. The seller said it was a lighting issue and that I should have known that they were "dark wine color". The color white does NOT change to black with lighting issues! Plus I know they got those photos from the original brand website and just blurred out the name. I had to open a dispute with them and sent pictures to prove my very obvious problem. They emailed back saying congrats you won your case, you get $9 back! NINE dollars out of $120. I was so insulted I continued messaging the seller and the website and absolutely nothing changed. The 100% customer satisfaction is completely not true. This is such a scam, the seller probably gives the website a good chunk of the price and they would lose if they gave a refund. Please find another website even if you have to pay a little more.
