I have been doing business with DHGate for many years and they have never let me down. Their products are top notch and they have always delivered on time. I cannot say for sure as to why everyone is complaining, but I do know from my own personal experiences that this company provides the best products and the greatest prices. Stop your complaining and be grateful that there is a company like DHGate that can get you these products WAY cheaper than what you would be paying in a retail store. Quick story:

1.) Purchased bridesmaid dress for $90.00.
2.) Came cheaply made and smaller than ordered
3.) Returned Item back to shipper (China)
4.) NEVER received refund
5.) Customer Service is only online... Spoke with 8 different people who all gave me the run around.
6.) One year later... STILL NO REFUND

Horrible

I completely understand how concerning this is for you since you are unable to track your order. Let us help you on that. I tried tracking your order here however there is no shipping information on the tracking site. For this case it would be best if you will file a dispute so that we can help you find out if the order was really shipped or if the carrier has just provided the incorrect tracking number for this parcel. This is the best way for us to help you sort this out.

To open a dispute, you just need to do the following:

1) Click on "My DHgate" link found on the upper right part of the homepage.

2) Click "Shipped“ under the Active Orders on the left side of the page.

3) Find your order.

4) Click the link "Return and Refund" on the right side of the page under the Action Tab.

When you open a dispute, the seller is notified of it and will be given time to sort things out. However, if the dispute reaches 5 days and there is still no agreement reached then please request for DHgate mediation. That way, our Resolutions Center can step in and help you in resolving the issue. Please check your inbox as we will have your seller communicate with you regarding the real time updates of this package.

Counterfeit!

I order Careprost from them. I received bottles out of the boxes and the liquid inside was gooey and thick. The real Careprost is watery. This site may have some honest sellers, but there is no way to tell. So stay away and shop on trusted sited. BTW, I can not open a dispute as there is no record of this transaction! P.S. I cannot do as the following email suggests as there is no record of this transaction at all. There is no "completed order" listed. There is no record of this transaction at all on my account!

NO SERVICE

I HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 7 DAYS FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO DHGATE ONLINE CHAT ALL THEY SAY IS TO CONTACT SELLER. THE SELLER NEVER REPLIES. DH GATE SYAS THAT GOODS WILL TAKE 15 TO 39 DAYS BY CHINA POST. I COULD RUN TO CHINA AND BACK IN LESS TIME. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Fraudulent. Stay Away!

I should have checked here before ordering from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of what I thought were Vibram running shoes. They took almost 2 weeks to arrive, but that wasn't the problem. I just got them today. Imagine my shock when I received a paper-wrapped package with packing tape around it. No boxes. That's right; they shipped me shoes wrapped in paper, like newsprint. Now imagine my shock when I open it up to find - what else - the worst possible KNOCK-OFF shoes, one of which was already coming apart at the back. I can't even describe how horrible and disgusting they are; glue everywhere, completely misshapen and made with the cheapest material possible. They don't even fit, so sucking it up and using them inspite of the fact that I was scammed isn't an option. I'm on here because I have been trying to figure out how to do a return. No dice. These people are criminals and thieves. I hope they are shut down soon!

Be very, very carefull selling your Items in this this Auction. I put many items (100s) even a motor home. I was surprised at his auction. I was ripped off 1000. 00s of dollars. The right hand didn't know and the left hand was up some body's nose. You would be better off at a flemarket. I wish I did. Selling. Many of my very expensive items for 10cents 20cents. There is know way they give you a 10th of what theirs worth. The only thing I can say is at least Jessie James used a gun when he robbed people.

Ordered 20 LED 7w Lights all of them failed in less then 3 months, several just when installed! I have contact the supplier "Focalled" (http :// www.dhgate. So i ordered my shoes from china on oct 16 and i kept on tracking my package when they gave me the information all to find out that they didnt deliver my package it said insufficient address. So i called dhgate they said they holding my money so i have nothing to worry about. So i attempted to contact the seller he offered me a penny so i declined... i keep on trying to get this resolved with dhgate they keep on reading me rehearsed lines and yet to give me my money back it is now nov 19 i have not seen my money or my shoes this is the worst website do not order anything from this website at all...

I bought a pair of boots thinking all the reviews I had read were wrong. I got the boots in a timely manner and was so happy to try them on. I only tried on the left shoe. My mistake. The right boot was a half size smaller. Then I thought " not a problem, the seller will fix it"... Wrong! The seller has disappeared and after two hours speaking with Mon, Maeanne, and four others from dhgate asking the same questions, nothing. $31.59 for some worthless, cardboard soled, cheaply made, Mitch-matched sized boots.

Bad experience... ordered a lot and paid for it, then seller asks for paymeny with bank transfer! I tell the seller that I have already paid, he doesn't seem to understand. I have to send the seller images of my order status so that he agrees to ship. Finally, with no warning... Dhgate cancels the order, but the seller had agreed to ship. VERY VERY confusing site, sellers don't seem to be aware of what is going on with Dhgate. Chat support inexistant.

Bought bridesmaids dress and what I got was not want I ordered. Wrong color wring sizes and wrong style! Nit like the photo. After I contacted them about the issue they offered me a refund only if I changed by review and when I did change it they lock me out of sending reviews! After they agreed to gibe me my $278 back I no linger heard from them. I contacted the seller and he would tell me different stories his boss is not there his boss is in France that he forgot all this $#*! and until this day 9 months now I have not gotten my dam refund. I had to take my dresses to another seamstress and pay another $300 to have them fix dhgate sellers mistake! Even the customer service sucks they keep playing games with you saying they will help and dont!

I wish I had read reviews here before buying at DHgate.com
I bought a ceiling lamp for $296 (Serge Mouille 3 arms) and when I received it I saw that it was very poorly made and the description not accurate. After that I was in touch with the seller about a full refund and they would only offer me $100 partial refund of course I refused the unrespectful offer! Then I started a dispute through DHgate.com and they just offer me the exact same thing, that I sill didn't accept. After complaining about this offer they just closed my case and refund me $100 (that I will get after 4 to 6 weeks on top of everything).
I guess in China they have a totally different view on costumer service.
No need to tell that I will never deal with this unprofessional people and I will definitely do my very best to spread the word all over the internet to make sure people are not making the same mistake as I did by buying at DHgate.com

I ordered 2 cell phones and they were listed as stolen. I plan to start an international fraud case? I asked the seller to rectify this and they kept telling me to wait. I am not paying to ship back stolen goods. Dhgate should take ownership for things like this. I sent a message to customer service would you believe no one was intrested in responding. This is crazy.
