Bought shoes. Seller said it will take 5 days to ship. 12 days later still nothing. Seller said its because of the new year. ITS THE END OF FEBRUARY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP! They told me if I filed a dispute I will get my money back within 5 days, so I did just that and that was pointless! Seller just denied my refund! The site instantly cancels my dispute saying the seller has provided a tracking number but yet no one (not the seller nor customer service) want to give me the tracking number. Customer service is only "live chat" since the phone number doesn't even work!

I bought a phone from this company and when I recived the phone it never work it took the seller over 3 weeks to reply and I sent the phone back now they dont wna refund my money and they keep my phone, all they keep doing is makeing excuesss, thums down, dont buy any phones from this people the dont work and dhgate lets them steal yr money and yr phone without takeing care of the customers. I ordered from this site ( DHgate) a toy for my daughter's Birthday and what I received was a joke. The toy I received was nothing compare for what I paid. The toy didn't work when we put batteries, was broken and my daughter's Birthday present was a failure.

No communication THEY are selling goods that are not advertised. Ordered real fur trim jacket... The fur is awful so fake and thin nothing like the picture. When I have asked for a replacement of the trim or a refund. I was told too expensive to return and have a nice day!

I ordered three suits from DHgate. I specified sizes. Two of the suits were small enough for a child. I'm finding the process for returning them complicated and frustrating. First, I've had to submit a request, with "evidence." I got back several rounds of arguments from the Chinese manufacturers. The language barrier made these exchanges even more challenging. They insist I got what I ordered, and refuse to accept returns for a refund.
Now, I'm told that I can ask DHGate to mediate, but I have to wait until a specified amount of days have passed. I ordered these suits as options for a wedding I'm attending. It's already too late to replace them with the right size. I had to shop elsewhere.
I'm fairly skeptical that the process will end in my favor. It looks likely I'll have to eat the expense. I strongly advise shoppers to avoid this company.

My daughter found a wedding dress she said yes to at a local bridal shop. We came home and started shopping the net. Three sites had the exact dress, DHGate had the best price. Every smart mom does her research, the reviews I've read were awful, truly discouraging. However the videos of brides opening their dress from DHGate was the opposite, so we took a chance. When the dress arrived in a bag, I was expecting it from what we saw in the videos. It was inside out so it wouldn't get dirty (smart)! As she unfolded it, my daughters eyes sparkled. The stitching, fabric quality, color, lace, organza... BEAUTIFUL! Exactly what we ordered! My daughter and I couldn't have been happier. At an 80% discount, I would highly recommend taking a chance. Happy mom and bride!

I've had the unfortunate lapse of memory and intelligence I should have looked at these reviews before spending what precious little money I have being totally ripped off first seller postponed after 8 days with my cash 15 days for a refund second purchase I actually contacted a few sellers to make sure they don't get confused in want my stock asap so if I ask to pay extra for express post and asked if it would go out before Chinese new year holiday starting on 6/2/16 on 30th I got an email dying it'll be shipped tomorrow they left it and went on holiday when I tried contacting them waiting over a week for a reply saying u take for refund I don't know what that means i assume it said get a refund now this is what I said before ordering if u can't ship before holidays I won't order OK reply will ship today if pay now so ten days later 5 days after ordering I get another refund hang on if dhgate is holding this money while we receive our goods is great but what about all the interest they make by having sellers do this repeatedly what do u recon has anyone ever received their stock in Australia that's maybe in the grey area of legality pls reply as I'm going mad

If you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet order from dhgate. I don't so I spent 2 months fighting to get mine back. Dh gate will try to keep it though, that's the only thing they do well. I think I won finally, but it was a major tug of war.
