Usually have good experience but lately I had one vendor that I purchased an item from that had four or five different delivery services. I paid $20.19 to have mine delivered within 2-6 days and four days later I'm checking the status of my order and it hasn't even been processed yet; so I contact the seller and they tell me that I should receive it in 11-25 days. I did not pay an extra $20.19 for that; so I had to cancel the order and buy from another vendor. So now I've wasted almost a week of my time trying to get my item(not happy). Some times the delivery service is terrible but most times is good.
I have used DHgate many times and have always had excellent service from them sometimes delivery times are a bit long but overall I have had nothing but good results from all my purchases including disputes and I will certainly continue to use them.
I have got many products from DH Gate and i am very satisfied, Very genuine products. DH Gate is trustworthy. I have referred DH Gate to more than 30 people and most of the people loved it and got many products. I am reviewing because i like DH Gate. Cheers

I place several large orders per month as an importer. The last 2 transaction I placed were the worst ever. Both the suppliers continually lied to me about shipping dates, changed prices on me and then ended up with several faulty products. The first transaction I order something that was a set price, then the supplier came back and told me there was a mistake in their add and they there was supposed to be a shipping fee. We agreed on a price for shipping, then they provided me with invalid tracking info indicating that items had shipped. After 7 days I finally got the correct tracking numbers only to find out that the items had just been shipped. The second order, the supplier continually lied about the actuall shipping date of the product causing lost revenue from sales.
I noticed you have change the way to follow the shipping of the goods, and I prefere the one you have before,
I really liked the way they transfer the money between me and the seller it is the biggest way of how to increase the people that are shopping online..
Most all of the sellers at dg gate are right on target, some are puffing and say one thing then they want to add a couple of weeks to their delivery time. But the most do exactly what they said they would.

I've been using DHGATE for a good 5 years now and have found everything from LED lighting to Mike Singletary Bears Jerseys. Usually deliver much faster than expected and the quality of product is on par with what you would buy from a retail outlet.
