I have had a good relationship with DHGATE. There were some issues with the sellers but dhgate has helped with every claim.

The search engine is lousy and i ordered a purse a month before my wife's birthday and that was 6 weeks ago. No communication from the seller even though I've sent many messages.
I've had other purchases that have been seamless at DHgate.

I appreciate the free shipping options all the way out here to Africa..

DHGate has been good. The quality of most products have been of good value for the price. My only concern is that all sellers should be held responsible for product that does not look as described on the website. Customers want to purchase & receive product exactly as described.

Im very satisfied with dhgate i just bought my son some school sneakers and will buy some more also i have to get my father a pair of nikes my mother sister and brothers are also going to buy some sneaker and other things as well. Shipping is great it arrives when they pretty much say and the prices are spectacular. I dont have any comlpaints im very happy and satisfied ed. Thanks i will continue my business with dhgate.

Ordered two cycling kits, and was told they would take from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. A little disappointed, but I understood. Then to my surprise, one arrived in about two weeks and the other in four weeks. Still great quality with no run in colors. Best idea I ever had was buying my kits through DH Gate.

This is a great site, the things iv had have been of good quality, I would recommend to friends.

I have ordered 3 times and it seems that the prices offered are higher than the US wholesalers in US and the shipping process is painful and slow.

Bought a couple of items from DHgate and everything was fine. Then tried again and then they blocked me from using any type of card as payment. I had to fill out a form for then to unblock it and buy the item. I waited for the item them emailed the seller 4 weeks later and he never received payment. Tried to buy item again via card, card payment is still blocked. Will not use again.

The items I have purchased have been of good quality and cheap prices I love this website

I have had nothing but great service by both DHGates and their Family of Sellers. Shipping is great on most items but hey I am in Canada and well usually within 10-14 days after my order I receive and that is awesome coming from the other side of our world. Kudos to you all.
