I am happy with the products available and the prices are excellent. However, on my most recent order, I received one item broken. This is completely understandable, as the order was mostly fragile glass items. I was, honestly, surprised and impressed that only one was broken. The problem is that i was told that I would receive a replacement and I still have not. Customer service needs improvement. Otherwise I might consider a 5 star rating and would definitely give a 4.

The response from suppliers when ordering an item is fairly quick usually with 24 hours and given the time difference is very well. However the response when there is an issue with the tracking or a problem with the items themselves is not as fast and the time difference or days of the week seem to be the reason.
I regularly pay by USD, but my previous order was not able to take USD payment,
I have other three orders to make, but if I am not able to pay in USD its very expensive due to conversion rate of Dhgate.

Losing the once values of purchasing from DHgate
For the most part, all the shops /seller are professional, great customer service, an accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience and the great prices and services. I am a vip buyer, but I only shop for myself.
Now, I must talk about the perhaps one percent of the seller. They don't have the merchandise that I order in stock, so they would offer me a substitute which I don't care for. When I ask for a refund they would declare they have located the manufacture/producer, and will ship my merchandise. I don't have prove, but the merchandise never get ship and eventually after 8 weeks or some long period of time. They would declare that it is lost and refund my money, but I have to select my refund as "good received but want a refund." It has happened to me at least four times during my 2 years shopping on Dhgate. I recently order $260.00 lot of tracksuit which happened exactly as I described and I am waiting for my refund. They are dragging their feet of refunding my money. I have written to this seller asking them to up hold a Dhgate outstanding policy and customer service and guarantee in hope they will refund my money.
Also recently, I order one lot of bra sets. They only sent one, but the package said two. They asked me to sent pictures and I did, but they insist that they sent two, so I have to take a loss. Because the email back and forth has passed a week of goods received and dispute. I cannot file a dispute.
I am a successful Asian professional. I am proud of our heritage so I would always support Dhgate, but this one percent seller that I am referring to makes it hard for me to recommend to other professionals that Dhgate is similar to Amazon or better.
I am not some unhappy customer who likes to complain, so I hope you appreciate my feed back.
In America there are so many options. If you don't like the shop, you stop shopping there and go to other who treats customers professionally.
As for me, I support the from seller that I have positive experience with on Dhgate. I feel everyone deserves a chance to be successful even for myself.

Last but not least, I give all stores 5 stars plus ratings when I receive my merchandise to show appreciation for their services.

In my last orders I have some problems with some sellers like a:
1.- Invalid tracking numbers.
2.- Some sellers said the items are in transit, isn't really.
3.- Normally I received my orders, more less 60 days and now I received some orders in about 120 days.
4.- I saw that one order DHGate paid to the seller before I receive the order. I asked by message why? And you answear me that the order was in the Post office.
5.- Now I have a problem with Logistic consulting, I explained I think with details about one order and i think the people doesn't read complete my explaine.
There customer service is the worst I have ever seen. It just can't get worst than this. If you have an issue with a supplier you are on your own.

Answer: Not reliable. They have a horrible track record, for every one good review there's atleast ten or eleven of bad ones. Trust that the odds are against you in having a good experience and buy elsewhere, I promise you will regret doing business with them.

Answer: Do not trust DHGate. It is a scam organization. They sent me the wrong merchandise. I had to send them "proof", and then I would have had to pay for the return postage. At that point I called it quits, and will never deal with these guys again.
