This my first time order on dhgate.com and my experience with the seller and dhgate was very great and i will order again with dhgate.com.
I ordered a glass part that was extremely difficult to find in USA websites and stores for an affordable price. At DHgate, it was only 10$ compared to easily 30$ or more at ebay. It took about 3 weeks to come, but that's alright because i did order right before christmas from China, so that's kind of on me. All in all, amazing experience will use DHgate again!

I have bought 50 memory Cards from them for 349 dollars. None of them is working, they all corrupt the files. I have been talking to customer service for more than 6 months now, and they are only stalling. They use weeks to answer, and they do not even answer my questions! I have seen no Return of my Money, and they will not even give me a Return adress for the Card.
The reply from DH gate is a blatant lie. I have had a sales dispute with them for more than six months. They promise to send the Money, they dont even want to give me the Return adress for the items. My last communication was on the 14th of october, I have got no replies on my question since then.
So they stall, so they do not need to give you Your Money back.
They have the worst customer support i have ever experienced.
