This company is stealing money. They ask for more money for shipping after I placed the order. I asked to cancel and they insisted not to but to ship the item to me for 1 month late. The so called "mediator" is not helping. The whole company and the sellers are the same people, they use the same tone and tricks to steal your money. My card was charged even way before they finally shipped out the product. I asked them to take it back and refund in full since it's not my timeline I'm out of town and won't be back for a long while. Crazy people don't buy here! They should all go to jail.
I made a purchase on OCTOBER 28,2021. I did not recieve my purchased item. I have been contacting dhgate for months no reply. I even send copies of my confirmation for order *******425. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from DHGATE for $165 but I only received 1 pair. The seller did not put enough postage on the other pair of shoes so they were returned back to the seller. Now the seller only wants to refund me $1. I opened a case with dhgate and DHGATE blocked me from getting a refund.

BEWARE. Do not use this company or any of the ones advertising on their webpage. I placed an order on 2. 12. 21 and on the advert was promised fast shipping within 3-5 days and delivery usually within 2-4 days. This was a present for my sons xmas and on checking tracking after purchase was told estimated deliver date 24.3 22. No where did it state that the item would take 4 months to arrive. The item was not shipped until December the 12th which is 10 days after purchase. To avoid upset on xmas day i had to spend £70 on a top in the shops therefore attempted to contact for a refund as the item was no longer needed due to the length of time it is taking to arrive. Someone walking from China would probably be quicker. I have sent numerous messages to Dhgate and received standard responses e. G contact the seller and they have not been helpful. I was told I couldn'tspeak to a manager and they don't have a complaints procedure!. After days of trying to track the seller down they refused to do anything. I have now sent 16 messages and keep getting the standard response...'sorry friend, please be patient. We do not control logistics' They also refuse to let me speak to or email their complaints or legal department by ignoring my requests. I am also not able to open a duspute with them as their page doesn't allow you to do so unless the item has arrived. This has been the worst shopping experiences ever and nearly ruined my sons xmas. I am so angry and I can‘t believe they can treat customers this way... deceptive adverts, bogus shipping and delivery times and not able to complain. Next stop the CCA... Stay clear

What started out as just wanting to save money on a phone turned into a nightmare shopping experience. I saw that DHGate sells phones a lot cheaper than other websites so I decided to give it a try and I created an account. They made me feel safe in my purchase seeing as that it was covered by a buyer protection like eBay or AliExpress. So after creating the account I add the phone to my cart and go to checkout and it says my payment declined. So I was like oh well that is probably because it was an international charge. So I called up my bank and they said that there was no charge attempt on my card. I then try again and it says payment loading, it was on that loading screen for 8 hours, so then I decided to do a live chat with the company to figure out what is happening. They said that my payment needs to be verified by sending them an email with my credit card info, so I did and they emailed me back saying that I broke the rules and immediately cancelled all my orders, closed my account, blacklisted my IP address, and blocked me from emailing them all for just trying to order one phone. This is ridiculous. They claim to have millions of customers worldwide, but I don't understand how, when they are so against new customers shopping at their store. At least AliExpress welcomes everyone with open arms. The deals they have here are not worth the headache and the frustration that the website and their support team causes.

I ordered 2 items which DHgate accepted payment for. They allegedly shipped 1 item with value less than half total. My tracking number was no good. All they could say was we shipped your order. After reading reviews here seem like nothing but a scam. I'd advise people never to do business with this company. I see I can't give a zero rating!

I never received my item. I live in Oregon, and I typed my shipping address correctly, but my item was delivered to Louisiana. I was not able to file a dispute because a drop-down menu on the website was broken. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband, but now I've just wasted my time and money on nothing.
EDIT: After contacting the seller, they asked me to buy ANOTHER product from them and they would enclose a $20 gift card. First of all, I paid more than $20 for the original item. Secondly, this sounds like a huge scam.

Purchased a handbag that looked nothing like the picture so I opened up a return and it wouldn't let me choose that the item was not as described, because it said that the item hadn't been delivered yet when it obviously had because I had photos. So I chose the only option available. The next thing I know I'm getting 10 messages from a Chinese phone number. It is beyond me why they give out your phone number to the seller, so I'm deleting my account and just going to eat the $40 because it's not worth the hassle.

This site is a scam. It's been almost a month and I haven't received my refund after returning the item. They told me to ship the item with my money and promised to refund me the shipping charges. I stupidly spent over $100 on shipping the item and now they said I will win rewards as credit for the shipping charges instead of my actual money and they don't have an actual number for customer service, it's an robot chat an online chatting.
