We are sorry to hear about your experience. We checked these orders and these are still in transit. Because of the holidays, there are unexpected shipping delays from the courier and we have announced this on our page. The deliveries have already exceeded the estimated delivery time, you have an option to file a dispute so that the merchant will request to expedite both the shipments.
Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:
1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.
2) Click My Orders" on the left side of the page.
3) Find the order number.
4) Click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the page under the order number.
Once the disputes are filed, the merchants are given 5 days to resolve the issue.The disputes will not affect the delivery since this cannot stop the courier to deliver the goods. In the event that these cases reach 5 days and there are no resolution yet, please contact us back so that we can assist you in escalating the case to our Resolution Center.
